2007年4月18日，为期3天的“中国文化展”在约旦科技大学拉开帷幕，“中国文化展”以《和谐中国•追求与梦想》摄影图片展为主，分３个系列介绍中华民族热爱和平、崇尚和谐的民族性格、价值观念和心理情感，以及当代中国坚持走和平发展道路、建设和谐世界的理念。进一步加深约旦青年学生对中国文明的认识和了解，促进两国的文化交流与合作。
April 18th, 2007, a 3-day “Chinese Culture Exhibition” was held in Jordan University of Science and Technology. The theme of the exhibition was “Harmonious China • Pursuit and Dreams” illustrated by photography and pictures. Based on three different series, the exhibition fully introduced Chinese national spirits, harmonious national characters, values and psychological emotions as well as Chinese contemporary development in the global settings. It was a great opportunity for Jordanian young students to learn more about Chinese splendid culture and recent growth and to promote cultural exchanges and cooperation between the two countries.
2007年10月24日，由中国和约旦文化部共同主办的名为"绣之雅蕴"的"中国刺绣精品展"在约旦首都安曼皇家文化中心开幕。60幅绣工精细、题材多样的苏绣艺术精品令约旦来宾们叹为观止、赞叹不已，约旦文化大臣在参观了展览后接受约旦电视台的采访时，高度评价中国刺绣作品的艺术成就，称此次展览是近年来在约旦举办的最高水平的艺术展。
October 24th, 2007, co-sponsored by Chinese and Jordanian Ministry of Culture, “The Elegance of Embroidery – Chinese Fine Embroidery Show” was held at the Royal Cultural Center in Jordanian capital Amman. Sixty fine embroidery art works made great impressions to all Jordanian guests. The Jordanian Minister of Culture visited the exhibition and highly praised the artistic achievements of Chinese embroidery and said that the exhibition is the highest level of art show held in Jordan in recent years.
2009年4月1日，约旦首家孔子学院在首都安曼举行揭牌仪式，孔子学院在约旦落成是约中文化交流史上的一座里程碑，从这个新的起点出发，加强了约中两国文化交流，拉近阿拉伯国家和中国的距离，它不仅将为约旦民众学习中文提供帮助和便利，而且将在传播中国文化、促进中约两国人民的相互了解和友谊以及深化两国双边合作方面发挥建设性的作用……
April 1st, 2009, the first Confucius Institute official opened in Amman. The Confucius Institute in Jordan is a milestone in the cultural history between the two countries. From this starting point, China and Jordan will enhance cultural exchanges further and shorten the distance between the Arab countries and China. Also, it will provide convenience and necessary assistance to Jordanian people to learn Chinese and Chinese culture. In other words, it plays an important strategic role in promoting Chinese culture in Jordan, deepening mutual understanding and cooperation between the two countries.
2010年 3月8日至11日，应约旦文化部的邀请，中国残疾人艺术团一行54人访问约旦，在约旦首都安曼的侯赛因文化中心剧场为约旦公众献上两场“我的梦”专场演出。演员们或舞或歌或奏，用他们残缺的身体演奏着生命的最强音。许多观众都情不自禁地流下了泪水。
March 8th to 11th, 2010, invited by the Jordanian Ministry of Culture, China Disabled Art Troupe and its 54 performers visited Jordan and hosted two public shows, called “My Dream”, at the Al Hussein Cultural Center in Amman. The performance deeply touched many audiences’ hearts because those disabled performers used their strongest voice to explain the meaning of life. Many audiences cried with their deepest emotions.
2010年12月15日，应约旦作家协会邀请，中国作协成员、《文艺报》总编、评论家阎晶明率作协代表团访问约旦。代表团与约旦作协共同举办了“中约文学研讨会” 。研讨会上，两国作家就文学发展现状及前景、作家协会体制及运行情况、文学作品出版发行、作家生存状态等内容进行了广泛而深入的交流。
December 15th, 2010, invited by the Jordanian Writers Association, led by the member of Chinese Writers Association, the editor of “Journal of Literature and Art”, famous Chinese critic Mr. Yan Jingming, a Chinese writer delegation visited Jordan. The delegation and Jordanian Writers Association jointly held “Chinese and Jordanian Literature Seminar”. At the seminar, writers exchanged their views and ideas about the current literary development status and future prospects, the operation system of the writer associations as well as the literature publication, writers’ living conditions and other concerned issues.
更值得一提的是，不久前，中国驻约旦使馆捐赠约旦作家协会图书100册。约旦驻华大使安马尔•阿卜杜勒•哈姆德在北京接受本刊记者采访时说，这批图书对约旦民众来说是珍贵的礼物，有利于约旦读者更好地了解悠久的中国历史和灿烂的中国文化以及中国改革开放以来取得的巨大发展成就，对进一步加强合作，为增进两国人民的了解发挥积极作用。
It is worth mentioning that not long ago, the Jordanian embassy in China donated 100 books to the Jordanian Writers Association. Jordanian Ambassador Mr. Anmar A.H.N. Al-Hmoud said that those books are precious gift to Jordanian people. Through the donated books, they can easily learn more about splendid Chinese culture and the remarkable achievements of Chinese opening and reform policy. This opportunity will surely strengthen cooperation and mutual understandings for the people of the two countries.
哈姆德说，不久前上海世博会，约旦馆通过气势宏伟的远古建筑、手法独特的传统手艺、现代时尚的旅游景点，也向中国人民展示了约旦神秘古老的文化魅力和现代化的发展，诠释了约旦人与城市、自然和生活之间的和谐之道。
Mr. Al-Hmoud also said that in the recent Shanghai World Expo, the Jordan Pavilion showed Jordanian ancient culture, mystical charm and modern development to all Chinese and international visitors through the magnificent ancient architecture, unique traditional craft techniques, modern tourist attractions and other perspectives. Those exhibitions illustrated the interpretation of Jordanians and their beautiful cities and the harmonious relationship between nature and urban life.
针对约旦和中国文化交流已越来越频繁良好势头，安马尔•阿卜杜勒•哈姆德表示，他要努力担当中约两国人民的友谊使者，为推动两国传统友好关系的进一步发展，发挥积极作用。
To address the more and more frequent cultural exchanges between China and Jordan, Mr. Al-Hmoud said he wants to be the friendship messenger for the two countries and continuously contributes to the relationship development and bilateral exchanges in many fields for the people of the great countries.
