（中外新闻社记者 刘登臣）从5月19日晚抵达, 到20日晚离开, 俄罗斯总统普京此次来中国, 整个行程非常紧凑, 24小时, 近10场活动, 俄罗斯驻华大使莫尔古洛夫阁下陪伴总统普京左右, 完成了一场紧凑且高效的对华国事访问。
From his arrival on the evening of May 19th to his departure on the evening of May 20th, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to China was a very packed itinerary: nearly 10 events in 24 hours. The Russian Ambassador to China H.E. Mr. Igor Morgulov accompanied President Putin throughout the entire visit, ensuring a tight and efficient state visit to China.

Congratulations for this successful state visit!” On the evening of May 25th, President Wei Yan of Home and Abroad News Press and the Russian Ambassador to China H.E. Mr. Igor Morgulov accepted an invitation from Azerbaijani Ambassador to China H.E. Mr. Bunyad Huseynov to attend the Azerbaijani National Day reception in Beijing, President Wei Yan engaged in a cordial conversation with Ambassador Morgulov.
莫尔古洛夫大使表示, 此次是普京第25次访华。同时, 今年也恰逢中俄关系三个重要时间节点：中俄战略协作伙伴关系建立30周年、《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署25周年, 以及上海合作组织成立25周年。访问期间, 双方发表《中华人民共和国和俄罗斯联邦关于倡导世界多极化和新型国际关系的联合声明》, 两国元首还共同会见了记者。
Ambassador Morgulov noted that this marks President Putin’s 25th visit to China. At the same time, this year marks three significant milestones in China-Russia relations: the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Russia Strategic Partnership of Coordination, the 25th anniversary of the signing of the China-Russia Treaty of Good-Neighborliness, Friendship, and Cooperation, and the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. During the visit, the two sides issued the Joint Statement by the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation on Advocating a Multipolar World and a New Type of International Relations, and the two heads of state also held a joint press conference.
两国元首还就中东局势等重大国际和地区问题交换了意见, 并听取了中俄总理定期会晤机制框架下副总理级合作委员会双方主席汇报投资、能源、经贸、东北－远东、人文等领域合作进展。两国外长汇报了中俄在国际和地区事务中协调合作的情况。
The two heads of state also exchanged views on major international and regional issues, including the situation in the Middle East, and heard reports from the co-chairs of the Vice-Premier-level Cooperation Committee, established under the framework of the regular China-Russia Prime Ministerial Meeting mechanism, on progress in cooperation in areas such as investment, energy, trade and economy, the Northeast-Far East region, and people-to-people exchanges. The foreign ministers of both countries reported on coordination and cooperation between China and Russia on international and regional affairs.
晚间茶叙环节, 普京坦言, 此次访问务实高效、成果丰硕。这表明, 尽管时间紧迫, 他对所达成成果非常满意。事实上, 访问的时长从未是衡量成效的唯一标准, 只要双方心意相通、目标一致, 短时间也能达成实实在在的合作成果。中俄在国际事务中的立场相近、发展理念契合、双边关系融洽, 使得合作无需冗长博弈与谈判, 便能顺利推进。具体项目上, 或许还需协商价格、规划细节, 但整体沟通高效顺畅, 无明显障碍。因此, 哪怕是24小时的密集访问, 依然取得了令人瞩目的成果。
During the evening tea reception, Putin candidly remarked that this visit had been pragmatic, efficient, and highly productive. This indicates that, despite the tight schedule, he was very satisfied with the outcomes achieved. In fact, the duration of a visit has never been the sole criterion for measuring its success; as long as both sides are on the same page and share common goals, tangible cooperative results can be achieved even in a short period of time. China and Russia share similar stances on international affairs, have compatible development philosophies, and enjoy harmonious bilateral relations, allowing cooperation to proceed smoothly without the need for protracted bargaining or negotiations. While specific projects may still require discussions on pricing and planning details, overall communication has been efficient and smooth, with no significant obstacles. Therefore, even a 24-hour intensive visit has yielded remarkable results.

Ambassador Morgulov said, “The Russia-China relationship is a true partnership without borders.” He expressed his hope that everyone present would visit Russia to see the country for themselves, experience its magnificent scenery firsthand, and sample the distinctive cuisine of this multi-ethnic nation. The visa-free policy also opens up broader prospects for strengthening ties and exchanges between the peoples of the two countries.
