招待会开始, 会场上奏响了泰王国国歌、中华人民共和国国歌, 泰国驻华大使阿塔育•习萨目在招待会上致欢迎辞。他说, 2022年对于我们许多人来说都是具有重大意义的一年。2022年11月17日到19日, 中国国家主席习近平访问泰国, 出席在曼谷举行的亚太经合组织（APEC）第29次领导人非正式会议, 并会见了泰国总理巴育。访问期间, 习近平还在曼谷大王宫会见了国王陛下和王后陛下。两国领导人共同见证签署了《泰中战略性合作共同行动计划（2022—2026）》、《泰中共同推进‘一带一路’建设的合作规划》、以及经贸投资、电子商务、科技创新领域的合作文件。此外, 在泰中建立全面战略合作伙伴关系十周年之际, 双方发表中泰关于构建更为稳定、更加繁荣、更加持续命运共同体的联合声明。
At the beginning of the reception, the national anthems of the Kingdom of Thailand and the People's Republic of China were played. Thai Ambassador to China H.E. Mr. Arthayudh Srisamoot delivered a welcome speech. He said that 2022 is a year of great significance for many of us. The Chinese President Xi Jinping visited Thailand and attended the 29th APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting held in Bangkok, and met with Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha between November 17 and 19, 2022. During the visit, President Xi also met with His Majesty the King and the Queen. The leaders of the two countries witnessed the signing of “the Joint Action Plan for Thailand-China Strategic Cooperation (2022-2026)”, “the Cooperation Plan for Thailand-China Joint Promotion of the Belt and Road Construction”, and cooperation documents in the fields of economic and trade investment, e-commerce, and scientific and technological innovation. In addition, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of Thailand-China Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership, the two sides issued a joint statement on building a more stable, more prosperous and more sustainable community of common destiny.
阿塔育大使指出, 作为2022年APEC的主办国, 泰国将推进其优发展, 使该地区实现包容性和可持续增长, 同时通过PCC经济模式、生物经济、循环经济和绿色经济, 推动APEC迈向可持续和平衡的后新冠时代, 泰国致力于建设一个面向所有机遇“开放”、全方位“连接”、各方面平衡的亚太共同体。
Ambassador Arthayudh Srisamoot pointed out that as the host country of the APEC in 2022, Thailand will promote its excellent development to achieve inclusive and sustainable growth in the region. At the same time, through the PCC economic model, bio economy, circular economy and green economy, it will promote APEC towards a sustainable and balanced post COVID-19 era. Thailand is committed to building an Asia Pacific community with openness, connection and balance in all aspects.
阿塔育大使表示, 对中国来说, 2022年也是中国全面建设小康社会取得历史性成就的一年, 泰方对此表示祝贺, 并期待双方在绿色经济、数字经济、农村发展、区域互通、互联互通等领域继续探讨未来的合作的途径。
He said that for China, 2022 is also a year when China has made historic milestone in building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. Thailand congratulated on this remarkable achievement and looked forward to the two sides continuing to explore ways of future cooperation in green economy, digital economy, rural development, regional connectivity, connectivity and other fields.
外交部亚洲司司长刘劲松表示, 中方高度重视中泰关系, 新冠疫情发生以来, 两国互施援手, 生动体现了“中泰一家亲”的深厚情谊。
