On February 25, 2023, the 2nd "Ambassador's Cup" Golf Invitational Tournament was held at Xiamen Orient Golf and Country Club, andAmbassador of Greece to China H.E. Mr. EvgeniosKalpyris and wife, Ambassador of Thailand to China H.E. Mr. ArthayudhSrisamoot and wife, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to China H.E. 厦门东方高尔夫乡村俱乐部是东方高尔夫国际集团投资兴建, 由美国著名高尔夫球场设计大师Mr. Ronald Fream设计建造, 它位于厦门海沧投资区内, 马銮湾的南面,球场占地3,700亩(246公顷), 为国际标准27洞竞赛型球场。高尔夫球场面向马銮海湾, 背靠玳瑁山, 其内有千年古树奇岩怪石, 波光粼粼的小湖上野鸭、白鹭竞相翱翔, 芒果林、银桦林、香蕉、三角梅、凤凰木、木棉花、刺桐及樱花构成自然美景。
Xiamen Orient Golf and Country Club is invested by Orient Golf International Group, designed and built by the famous American golf course design master Mr. Ronald Fream. It is located in Xiamen Haicang Investment Zone next to the Maluan Bay. The course covers an area of 3,700 acres (246 hectares) with the international standard 27-hole competition-type golf courses. The golf course is facing Maluan Bay, backed by Tortoiseshell Mountain, surrounded with many thousand-year-old trees, strange rocks and stones, sparkling small lake with wild ducks and egrets soaring, mango forest, silver birch forest, bananas, trillium, phoenix wood, kapoks, acanthus and cherry blossoms.
经过5个小时比赛, 中外新闻社第二届“大使杯”高尔夫邀请赛完美落幕, 冠军获得者--泰王国驻华大使阿塔育•习萨目阁下；亚军获得者：牙买加驻华大使特使杜文•普拉斯先生；季军获得者：斯里兰卡驻华大使帕利塔•科霍纳阁下, 希腊共和国驻华大使埃夫耶尼奥斯•卡尔佩里斯阁下获得“友谊奖”。
After five hours of play, the 2nd "Ambassador's Cup" golf tournament came to a perfect conclusion with the Gross Champion Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to ChinaH.E. Mr. ArthayudhSrisamoot; the FirstRunner-up, the representative of Jamaican EmbassyMr. Durvan Pryce; and the SecondRunner-up, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to ChinaH.E. Dr. Palitha Kohona. The Ambassador of the Greece to China H.E. Mr. EvgeniosKalpyris received the "Friendship Award".

In the evening, Home and Abroad News Press held an "Award Dinner" at Xiamen Seaview Resort. Ambassador ArthayudhSrisamoot made a speech at the award ceremony. The other ambassadors were overwhelmed with emotion and said: As ambassadors, we don't usually interact with each other because we are very busy every day; however, this trip to Xiamen, especially in this unique golf and country club, was a rare occasion where we could put aside our stressful work and have a good time with each other.
