晚上19:00, 国际宴会厅奏响孟加拉人民共和国国歌和中华人民共和国国歌, 孟加拉人民共和国驻华大使穆罕默德•贾西姆•乌丁阁下致辞。他说, 值此孟加拉国独立52周年和国庆来临之际, 感谢中国政府和人民对孟加拉国发展的持续支持。孟加拉国非常赞赏中国在世界范围内建设和谐社会的总体目标。穆罕默德•贾西姆•乌丁大使回顾了国父班加班杜•谢赫•穆吉布尔•拉赫曼为建立一个独立的孟加拉国所作的贡献。他表示, 目前孟加拉处于自立自强、可持续发展的良好轨道, 希望孟中两国继续加强外交、经贸、教育等多方面的合作和交流。
At 19:00 pm, the national anthems of Bangladesh and the People's Republic of China were played in the International Ballroom, and H.E. Mr. Md Jashim Uddin, Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to Chinadelivered the welcome speech. He said that on the occasion of the 52nd anniversary of Bangladesh's independence and National Day, he thanked the Chinese government and people for their continuous support to the development of Bangladesh. Bangladesh greatly appreciates China's overall objective of building a harmonious society in the world. He recalled the contribution of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahmato establish the independent Bangladesh. He expressed his hope that Bangladesh and China will continue to strengthen cooperation and exchanges in diplomacy, trade, education and many fields.
穆罕默德•贾西姆•乌丁大使谈到, 在孟加拉国总理谢赫哈希纳的领导下, 我国经济增长强劲, 在过去13年中增长了271倍, 人均国民收入增长了300倍。孟加拉国经济有望于2030年排到世界第28名, 于2035年达到第25名。尽管孟加拉国目前存在种种困难、挑战和威胁, 但孟加拉国仍在大胆的、自信的向前迈进。年轻人民的热情、奔放、开朗, 国民的爱国热情以及领导人的务实行动正在引导国家实现梦想的目标。为此, 我国政府在全国指定100个经济区一直在发展, 最先进和亚洲最大的工业区之一“班家班图工业区”, 我们安装了最先进的数字中心, 并为第四次工业革命的蓬勃发展奠定了坚实的基础。通过建设桥梁、加速公路和机场的站楼, 贯彻智能孟加拉国的目标, 我国已经快速现代化。我国已经做好了快速现代化转型的准备, 推动实现2041年孟加拉国建立100周年之时成为发达国家。我们为此接受挑战, 并为我们的发展宏图添砖加瓦。
Ambassador Uddin said that under the leadership of Bangladesh's Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, the country's economy has grown strongly, 271 times over the past 13 years, and per capita national income has increased 300 times. Bangladesh's economy is expected to be ranked 28th in the world by 2030 and 25th by 2035. Despite the current difficulties, challenges and threats, Bangladesh is moving forward with boldness and confidence. The enthusiasm, spontaneity and cheerfulness of the young people, the patriotic zeal of the nation and the pragmatic actions of the leaders are leading the country to achieve its dream goals. To this end, our government has been developing 100 economic zones across the country, where we have installed state-of-the-art digital centers and laid a solid foundation for the fourth industrial revolution. By building bridges, accelerating highways and airport terminals, and implementing the goals of a smart Bangladesh, our country has modernized rapidly. Our country is ready for a rapid modernization and transformation to become a developed country by the 100th anniversary of Bangladesh in 2041. We accept the challenge with our great ambitions.
穆罕默德•贾西姆•乌丁大使最后谈到, 孟加拉国和中国两国有着悠久的交往历史, 生长、繁荣和发展的文明都在这条源自同一高原, 流经喜马拉雅两侧的河岸上。在我们为经济发展不懈努力的过程中, 中华人民共和国逐渐成为一个可靠和关键的合作伙伴。2016年习近平主席历史性访问了我国之后, 我们以现代化为基础, 经济发展伙伴关系不断发展, 精心设计的项目为我们的经济做出了巨大的贡献。2022年8月, 中国前外长王毅访问孟加拉国期间, 中方宣布对98%的出口产品给予零关税待遇。
Ambassador Uddin concluded by saying that Bangladesh and China have a long history of interaction, with civilization exchanges and sharing the river through the Himalayas from the same plateau. After the historic visit of President Xi Jinping to our country in 2016, our economic development partnership has grown based on modernization and carefully designed projects that have contributed significantly to our economy. In August 2022, during the visit of former Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi to Bangladesh , China announces zero tariff treatment for 98% of its exports.
孟加拉国独立和国庆日充满着深厚情感, 是令人自豪和光荣的时刻。中国和孟加拉国自古以来就是友好邻邦, 古老的丝绸之路见证了两国的千年友谊。建交48年来, 双方始终相互尊重、平等相待, 相互支持、携手前行。当前, 中孟都处在振兴发展的关键阶段。中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦和“金色孟加拉”梦想相互契合, 中孟务实合作为两国人民带来实实在在的福祉。
Bangladesh's Independence and National Day is full of deep emotions, and it is a proud and glorious occasion. China and Bangladesh have been friendly neighbors since ancient times, and the ancient Silk Road has witnessed the thousand-year friendship between the two countries. Over the past 48 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the two countries have always respected each other, treated each other as true friends, supported each other and moved forward hand in hand.
