On August 24, 2025, Wei Yan, President of Home and Abroad News Press, led a delegation including Executive Director Mr. Liu Dengchen, Vice President Ms. Chen Xi, Independent Director of Hong Kong Morning Star International Investment Group Mr. William, Senior Vice President Mr. Alan Zhang paid a courtesy visit to Deputy Head of Mission of Pakistan to China Mr. Bilal Mahmood in Beijing. The delegation discussed cooperation on Hong Kong Morning Star International Investment Group's investment in large-scale financing projects of the Pakistani government.

Our investments can provide supporting services or pursue wholly-owned independent development. We have selected Balochistan Province in Pakistan for collaboration project, focusing on establishing a new energy-based city. This project incorporates innovative technologies and models for power system construction, embodying the planning philosophy of “Integrating industry and city development through demonstrating green and low-carbon practices and leadership”. It aims to establish a demonstration industrial park for carbon-neutral technology solutions.
