（中外新闻社中外新闻网记者王昊斌）当前，全球还在齐力对抗新冠疫情的时候，北京已经是处处鲜花盛开、阳光灿烂。2020年9月5日，首场中外新闻社 “大使晚宴”在北京新保利大厦红石文化馆举行，八国大使同中外新闻社高层汇聚一起，品着咖啡、听着音乐，相互问候、交流，无不感受到世界一家人的美好！
When the world is still fighting hard against the COVID-19, Beijing is already full of flowers and sunshine during the summer holidays. On September 5th, 2020, the First Home and Abroad New Press “Ambassador’s Dinner” was held in the Red Stone Cultural Center. Eight foreign ambassadors, the senior executives of Home and Abroad News Press and all guests gathered together to enjoy coffee, music while communicating with each other. It felt like the world as a wonderful family!

Mrs. Wei Yan said that Home and Abroad News Press is the mainstream media for external propaganda approved by the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council of China, based in Beijing. She pointed out that the Home and Abroad News Press has always been active on the international stage with a global perspectives and innovative thinking models. We are good at drawing the wisdom from "the unity of man and nature". Seven years ago, Home and Abroad News Press and Communication University of China formed a strategic partnership, which allowed us to increase our influence quickly and fully in the international community. Since 2011, 108 foreign ambassadors to China have become the prize winners of “Home and Abroad News Press --- the News Persons of the Year”. As one of the Chinese mainstream media, we are utilizing our advantages in China and overseas while taking the great responsibilities to build a community with a shared future for mankind. The Acting Ambassador of Sri Lanka to China, H.E. Mr. K. K. Yoganaadan, said that we all should thank to Home and Abroad News Press for organizing this event to enjoy such wonderful evening together here. No matter exchange programs with the ambassadors and official interviews with the embassies, Home and Abroad News Press has made outstanding contributions. H.E. Mr. Egamzod Muhammad, the Acting Ambassador of Tajikistan to China, also thanked Home and Abroad News Press for hosting the “Ambassador Dinner”. The media has been a good friend of Tajik embassy in China. They also sent the reporter team to Tajikistan. we were deeply impressed by their professionalism. Tajikistan will take over the rotating chairmanship of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization next year, and we can discuss more opportunities for cooperation.

Mrs. Lisbet Quesada, the Deputy Head of Mission of the Cuban Embassy in China, deeply expressed her gratitude to from her heart. She said that I came to the “Ambassador Dinner” with my family tonight. Why I brought my family here? Because after the pandemic, I feel that it is my extravagant hope that a family can be together and I want to cherish every day that a family is together. The Acting Ambassador of the Republic of Guinea in China H.E. Mr. Bah Thierno Maadjou said that I thank my dear friends of Home and Abroad News Press, all foreign diplomats and officers attending tonight’s “Ambassador Dinner”. I think this is a special moment. Home and Abroad News Press organized the “Ambassador Dinner” and the “Ambassador Club” for significant meanings. There are many things we can collaborate together in the future…… Guinea is with all of you, I look forward to develop our friendship and partnership together.

塔吉克斯坦共和国驻华代理大使穆哈默德阁下致辞

联合国国际合作协调局欧洲局执行局长、中外新闻社荣誉社长沈峰以文化使者和企业家的身份在宴会上对话各国大使。他说，今年6月，我从葡萄牙回到北京，看到了中国政府采取有力措施战胜疫情非常震撼。千百年来, 中国历经无数挑战和考验, 总能化险为夷。这一次中国消除疫情造成的严重后果, 恢复了安宁祥和。我想，在座的大使们都会感同身受。作为一个负责任的企业家，下一步我将到访各国使馆，拜访各位大使，就感兴趣的项目进一步沟通，期待与各国展开商务合作，共享机遇，求友谊之真，务合作之实，结共赢之果，愿意为各国的疫情防控和经济复苏做出自己的贡献。
Mr. Shen Feng, the Director of the European Branch of the United Nations International Collaboration and Coordination Agency and the Honor President of Home and Abroad News Press, spoke to the foreign ambassadors at the banquet. He said that I returned back to Beijing from Portugal in June, and I was shocked by the Chinese government’s effective measures to prevent and control the pandemic. For thousands of years, China has gone through numerous challenges and hardships, and it has always been able to turn dangers into peace. This time China has quickly eliminated the serious consequences of this global pandemic and restored peace and harmony. I think all of us can feel the same way. As a responsible entrepreneur, in the next step, I plan to visit various embassies and further exchanges with ambassadors. I hope that through ambassadors, I can seamlessly connect with other countries, share opportunities, seek the true friendship and cooperate with each other. We are willing to make more contributions to the prevention and control of the pandemic and economic recovery of all countries with win-win results.

“大使晚宴”会上，中央音乐学院小组乐队悠扬演奏《茉莉花》、《春江花月夜》、《喜洋洋》、《花好月圆》等曲目，大使们品着美酒、听着音乐，相互问候、交流，无不感受到：中国真好！世界真好！
At the "Ambassador Dinner", the Central Conservatory of Music group band performed "Jasmine", "Chunjiang Flower Moon Night", "Xiyangyang", "Flower Moonlight" and other Chinese classic music.
