In the afternoon of August 10th, “Witness Friendship” 2023 Summer Home and Abroad News Press Junior Journalist Delegation visited the Embassy of Pakistan in China, the Educational Counselor of the Pakistani Embassy Ms. Aifiefa was interviewed by our junior journalists.
下午2:50分, 中外新闻社小记者团挥动中巴两国国旗、列队进入巴基斯坦使馆。进入大门左侧, 看到中巴两国建交70周年图片展览, 这是两个肝胆相照的国家, 这是一种命运与共的友谊。巴基斯坦是最早承认新中国的国家之一。1951年5月21日, 中巴正式建交。70年来, 两国守望相助, 已发展成为全天候战略合作伙伴。中巴经济走廊建设硕果累累, 构建新时代更紧密的中巴命运共同体理念深入人心。小记者在观看这些图片时感同身受, 立志要接过“接力棒”、传承中巴宝贵的友谊。
At 2:50 p.m., Home and Abroad News Press junior journalists entered the Pakistani Embassy waving the national flags of China and Pakistan. When entering the main hall of the embassy, we saw the photo exhibition of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, which are two countries that share the same destiny and friendship. Pakistan is one of the earliest countries to recognize the new China, and China and Pakistan formally established diplomatic relations on May 21, 1951. In the past 70 years, the two countries have been looking out for each other and have developed into all-weather strategic partners. The construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has been fruitful, and the idea of building a closer China-Pakistan community of destiny in the new era is deeply rooted in people's hearts. While watching these exhibition photos, the junior journalists shared the same feeling and aspired to pass on the valuable friendship between China and Pakistan.
巴基斯坦驻华大使馆教育参赞艾菲法女士会见小记者时首先致欢迎辞。她说, 巴基斯坦作为中国唯一的“全天候”战略合作伙伴, 建交72年来, 中巴关系经受住了国际风云变幻的严峻考验, 坚如磐石, 牢不可破。新冠疫情期间, 中巴两国同舟共济、守望相助, 中国国际文化传播中心第一时间向巴基斯坦捐赠医疗物资12万余件, 彰显两国人民比山高、比海深、比蜜甜的传统友谊。
The Education Counselor of the Embassy of Pakistan in China Ms. Aifiefa firstly delivered a welcome speech when she met with the junior journalists. She said, Pakistan as China's only "all-weather" strategic partner, the establishment of diplomatic relations in the past 72 years, China-Pakistan relations have withstood the severe test of international changes and challenges, our relationship is as solid as rock and always unbreakable. During the COVID pandemic, China and Pakistan were in the same boat, watch and help each other, China International Center for Cultural Communication donated more than 120,000 pieces of medical supplies to Pakistan in the needed time, showing that the traditional friendship between the two countries is higher than the mountains, deeper than the ocean and sweeter than the honey.
艾菲法参赞还播放了巴基斯坦的宣传片, 使我们小记者对巴基斯坦有了进一步的了解, 之后小记者还聆听为庆祝中巴建交70周年、赞美中巴两国人民之间的深厚情谊的一首歌曲《你偷走了我的心》。歌曲融入了大量巴基斯坦音乐元素, 风格明快, 富有青春活力, 以巴基斯坦国花“素馨花”, 中巴友谊路—“喀喇昆仑公路”等意象, 深情歌颂了“比山高, 比海深, 比蜜甜”的中巴情谊。
Counselor Aifiefa played a promotional film of Pakistan, so that our junior journalists have a further understanding about Pakistan, and then we also listened to a song “You Stole My Heart”, a special song for celebrating the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, to praise the deep friendship between the Chinese and Pakistani people. The song incorporated a lot of Pakistani music elements, bright beats, full of youthful vitality, with Pakistan's national flower “Jasminum Grandiflorum”, China-Pakistan Friendship Road: “Karakorum Highway” and so on. The song is a tribute to the friendship between China and Pakistan, which is “higher than mountains, deeper than the ocean, and sweeter than honey”.
在采访环节, 有小记者问：“您好, 中巴之间的教育、文化合作不断深入。中国向巴基斯坦提供了大量的奖学金, 支持巴基斯坦学生到中国留学和深造。很多巴基斯坦的大学也开始开设汉语专业, 中巴两国在教育方面的交流日趋频繁。你认为: 中巴两国在文化、教育领域还有哪些合作空间? 谢谢！”
During the interview session, a junior journalist asked: “Hello, Educational and cultural cooperation between China and Pakistan has been deepening. China has provided a large number of scholarships to Pakistan to support Pakistani students to study in China. Many Pakistani universities have also begun to offer Chinese language programs, and exchanges between China and Pakistan in education are becoming more frequent. In your views, what is the potential for cultural and educational cooperation between China and Pakistan? Thank you!”
艾菲法参赞谈到, 近年来中巴两国在教育、科技等领域开展合作越来越深入。巴基斯坦的教育水平相对较低, 而中国在这方面有着丰富的经验和优秀的教育资源。因此, 中巴两国可以加强人员交流、教育培训等方面的合作, 提高巴基斯坦的教育水平和科技实力。除此之外, 中巴两国在环保、能源、农业等领域开展合作, 共同推进两国和地区的可持续发展。
Counselor Aifiefa answered that the in-depth cooperation between China and Pakistan in the fields of education, science and technology has been increasing in recent years. Pakistan's education level is relatively low, while China has rich experience and excellent educational resources. Therefore, China and Pakistan can strengthen cooperation in people-to-people exchanges, education and training to improve Pakistan's education level and scientific and technological strength. Besides, China and Pakistan have been cooperating in the fields of environmental protection, energy and agriculture to jointly promote the sustainable development of the two countries and the region.
有小记者表达, 去过巴基斯坦的中国人, 都有一个强烈的感受：巴基斯坦对中国人十分友好, 中国人的脸成为一张名片, 哪怕是当地戒严替行的地方, 中国人也可以畅通。你在那里甚至可以买东西不花钱, 尽管他们以此为生, 尽管他们不富裕, 但是, 只是中国人就能够感受这种友好。小记者们不敢相信这是真的, 请求艾菲法参赞印证。参赞女士表示在疫情后, 巴基斯坦的兄弟姐妹特别想见到来自中国的兄弟姐妹。他们都把中国人民当作“铁杆兄弟”, 参赞女士还笑着说“食物并不可能全都是免费的”, 引发了全场小记者的笑声。
A junior journalist expressed that to the Chinese people who have been to Pakistan before, all of them had a strong feeling: Pakistan is very friendly to China. Chinese face is just like a business card, Chinese people can freely travel to anywhere in the country. They can even buy things without paying money first. Although the people there are not wealthy, they are always very friendly to the Chinese people. The junior journalists couldn't believe this was true and asked Counselor Aifiefa to verify. She said that after the COVID pandemic, Pakistani brothers and sisters were especially eager to meet their brothers and sisters from China. They all regarded the Chinese people as "Iron Brothers", and Ms. Counselor also said with a smile that “Not all food can be free”, which made a great laugh of all the junior journalists.
艾菲法参赞在采访中还对小记者谈了自己对中国的印象等话题, 并向小记者发出邀请, 到巴基斯坦旅游观光, 。每一位小记者把自己带来的家乡礼物赠送给艾菲法参赞, 艾菲法参赞还饶有兴趣的观看来自汕头市潮阳实验学校任政刚小记者表演的武术。一时间, 巴基斯坦驻华使馆会议厅祝福声、欢笑声汇聚一堂, 合影时大家挥动两国国旗, 齐声欢呼: 中巴友谊万岁……
Counselor Aifiefa also talked about her impressions about China and other topics to the junior journalists, and made a kind invitation to the delegation to travel to Pakistan. Each junior journalist presented their own hometown gifts to Counselor Aifiefa. Everyone also watched a special martial arts performance by Ren Zhenggang, a middle school student from Shantou. At that moment, the Pakistani Embassy in Beijing was filled with sounds of laughter and blessings. When taking a group photo, all junior journalists waved the national flags of the two countries and loudly said: the friendship between China and Pakistan last forever......
