12月6日，中国国务院总理李克强在北京人民大会堂与法国总理艾罗举行会谈。
December 6th, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang met with French Prime Minister Mr. Jean-Marc Ayrault at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.
李克强说，法国是最早同新中国建立外交关系的西方大国之一，中法关系具有战略性、时代性和全球性。今年4月，习近平主席同来华访问的奥朗德总统就推进中法关系达成重要共识。双方要面向未来，坚持相互尊重、平等相待、共同发展，巩固传统友谊，创新合作方式，拓展合作领域，加强在国际和地区事务中的协调配合，以建交50周年为契机，推动中法关系迈向更高水平。
Premier Li said that France was the first few western countries who established diplomatic relations with China, and the China-France relationship has strategic epochal and global meanings attached to it. President Xi Jinping met with French President Francois Hollande during his visit to China in April, and both leaders reached important consensus in promoting China and France's bilateral relations. Both countries will deepen the existing collaboration and look for more opportunities to consolidate the traditional friendship, create innovative cooperation, expand the cooperative sectors and strengthen coordination in international and regional affairs with a future-oriented vision. The 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France will promote the bilateral relations to a higher level.
李克强表示，当前中法都面临发展经济、改善民生的任务，两国应将各自优势和需要紧密结合，不断丰富中法全面战略伙伴关系的内涵，更好造福两国人民。
Premier Li expressed that facing the challenges of economic development and people's livelihood improvement; the two countries should work closely with their respective advantages to constantly advance the comprehensive strategic partnership in order to better benefit the people of both countries.
一是扩大贸易投资。拓展贸易规模，提升合作水平。加强农业联合实验室建设和食品安全合作，建好武汉可持续发展生态示范城项目。秉持开放精神，为相互投资创造更好条件。希望法方为中资企业人员办理居留、工作许可等提供更多便利。
Firstly, expand trade and investment through expanding trade scale and enhancing cooperation level. Strengthening the construction of joint laboratory of agricultural and food safety cooperation, building the sustainable development of Wuhan ecological demonstration projects, upholding the spirit of openness will create better conditions for mutual investments. We hope France will provide more convenience for the Chinese enterprises staff to live and work in the country.
二是加强核能合作。在核能领域发展更加平等伙伴关系的同时，以共同开发第三方核电市场为新方向，合作研发新堆型，加强经验分享。希望法方加大对华技术转让力度。
Secondly, strengthen nuclear energy cooperation. More equal partnership in nuclear power development; at the same time, both countries should explore the third parties to discover new nuclear power markets, share research and development results and experience in new reactor types. We hope France will allow more technology transfers to China.
三是深化航空航天领域战略合作。积极推进天津空客飞机总装厂二期项目谈判，加强商务大飞机和民用直升机联合研发和生产，继续推进卫星合作项目。
Thirdly, deepen strategic cooperation in the aerospace field by actively promoting the negotiation of Tianjin airbus aircraft assembly plant Phase 2 project, strengthening the joint research and development on the business jets and civilian helicopter as well as continuing the satellite cooperation projects.

四是密切人文交流。共同办好中法建交50周年庆祝活动，加强文化、旅游等领域交流与合作，增进两国人民友谊。希望法方为中国游客提供更加安全、便捷的旅游环境。
Fourthly, promote cultural exchanges. Jointly organize a series of celebration festivities of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations, promote exchanges and communication in culture and tourism, further develop the friendship between the people in both countries. We hope France will provide more secure and convenient travel environment for the Chinese tourists.
李克强指出，中方高度重视发展对欧关系。法国是欧盟核心大国，希望法方坚持自由贸易原则，积极推进中欧投资协定谈判，推动欧盟慎用贸易救济措施，不对中国无线通信设备产品自主启动调查，为中欧经贸关系健康发展发挥积极作用。
Premier Li Keqiang also pointed out that China attaches great importance to the development of the relationships with Europe. France is a key European country and we hope that France can adhere to the principle of free trade, actively push forward China-Euro Investment Agreement and promote cautious trade remedy measures to positively construct a harmonious China-Euro economic and trade relationship.

艾罗赞同李克强对发展两国关系的建议。他表示，法中关系具有战略性和开拓性，两国都主张世界多极化，双方合作也富有成效。法方愿与中方高层密切交往，加强战略沟通，就国际和地区问题保持密切协作。共同办好明年两国建交50周年庆祝活动，进一步加强经贸、核能、航空、航天、文化、青年、旅游等领域的交流与合作。法方将为中国企业投资和旅客赴法旅游提供更多便利，愿与中方共同反对贸易保护主义，推动欧中合作取得更多成果。
French Prime Minister Ayrault agreed with Premier Li on his suggestions to the bilateral relationship between the two countries. He mentioned that France and China's relations have strategic and ground-breaking characters and both lean toward multi-polarity global society; therefore, the cooperation seems to be very productive. France is willing to closely work with the Chinese government to strengthen strategic communication and maintain the close cooperation on international and regional issues. Meanwhile, we make a success of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations together with China next year, strengthen exchanges and cooperation in economic and trade, nuclear energy, aviation, space, culture, youth, tourism and other areas. France will provide more convenience for Chinese companies and tourists to invest, visit and live in France; furthermore, France will join China to oppose trade protectionism and seize more achievements in Euro-China cooperation.
