On April 23rd, at the invitation of Ambassador of Turkey to ChinaH.E. Mr. İsmail Hakkı Musa, President of Home and Abroad News Press Mrs.Wei Yantogether with the ambassadors of many countries attended Turkey's National Sovereignty Day and Children's Day celebrations.
4月23日是土耳其的国家主权日和儿童节。在这个充满意义与喜庆的时刻，土耳其驻华大使馆在北京举办一场盛大的庆祝活动，让来自土耳其和中国的小朋友们欢聚一堂，共同分享这份喜悦。
April 23rd is National Sovereignty Day and Children's Day in Turkey. On this meaningful and joyful occasion, the Turkish Embassy in Beijing organized a grand celebration to bring together children from Turkey and China to share this joyful moment.
伊斯梅尔•哈克•穆萨大使发表热情洋溢的致辞。他说：“在这个重要的日子里，我非常高兴能与大家欢聚一堂，共同庆祝我们的国家主权日和儿童节。1920年的今天，土耳其大国民议会开幕，标志着土耳其国家主权的确立，而今天也是孩子们欢声笑语的节日。在这个庆祝土耳其与中国友谊的美好时刻，我们更加深刻地认识到两国之间建立牢固合作与理解纽带的重要性。”
Ambassador H.E. Mr. İsmail Hakkı Musa delivered a warm message. He said, “I am very happy to gather with all of you on this important day to celebrate our National Sovereignty Day and Children's Day. Today in 1920, the opening of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey marked the establishment of Turkey's national sovereignty, and this day is also a festival for children in Turkey. On this wonderful occasion of celebrating the friendship between Turkey and China, we realize even more deeply the importance of building strong bonds of cooperation and understanding between our two countries.”
大使还强调，4月23日这个日子也提醒我们，无论身处何地，世界上的每一个孩子都应该享有教育、健康和充满希望的未来的权利。他特别提到了那些在巴勒斯坦加沙等饱受战争蹂躏地区的儿童，他们同样渴望和平与幸福。
The Ambassador also emphasized that April 23rdis also a reminder that every child in the world, wherever he or she may be, deserves the right to education, health and a promising future. He made special mention of those children in war-torn areas such as Gaza and Palestine, who also yearn for peace and happiness.
活动现场气氛热烈而欢快。来自土耳其和中国的小朋友们纷纷上台表演，他们朗诵诗歌、翩翩起舞、弹奏乐器，每一个节目都充满了童真与活力，为这个美好的日子增添了无尽的欢乐。
The atmosphere of the celebration party was warm and cheerful. Children from Turkey and China performed on the stage, reciting poems, dancing, playing musical instruments, each program was full of childish innocence and vitality, adding endless joy to this wonderful day.

Towards the end of the event, the children received gifts prepared by the Embassy and tasted Turkish kebabs, delicacies and delicious ice cream.
