国家主席习近平7月29日下午在人民大会堂东门外广场举行仪式，欢迎土耳其总统雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安对我国进行国事访问。
President Xi Jinping held a welcome ceremony at the Great Hall of the People. He personally welcomed Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan paid a state visit to China.

欢迎仪式后，习近平主席在人民大会堂同埃尔多安总统举行会谈。两国元首一致认为，中土双方要明确两国关系发展大方向，筑牢政治互信根基，在彼此重大关切问题上相互支持，实现两国发展战略对接，拓宽和充实中土战略合作内涵。
After the welcoming ceremony, President Xi Jinping held talks with President Erdogan. The two leaders agreed that the two countries should expand and enrich the connotation of bilateral strategic cooperation between China and Turkey based on strong political trust, mutual respect and common concerns.

习近平指出，中国和土耳其都是二十国集团重要成员。在国际形势复杂多变、世界经济艰难复苏、西亚北非地区反恐形势严峻的大背景下，两国的共同挑战和共同责任不断增加。双方要深化互信，夯实两国友好基石。
Xi pointed out that China and Turkey are important members of the Group of Twenty. Given the current complex and volatile international situations and the regional anti-terrorism issues, the world economic recovery is going extremely slow. The two sides should deepen mutual trust and consolidate the foundation of bilateral friendship.

埃尔多安表示，土耳其政府一直从战略高度看待同中国的关系，坚定致力于推动土中战略合作关系取得更大发展。在我们即将迎来土中建交45周年之际，土方愿同中方共同努力，深化经贸、投资、科技、产业、基础设施等各领域合作。
Erdogan said that the Turkish government has been viewed relations with China as a strategic perspective, and we aim to promote the long-term strategic partnership. We will be celebrating a special occasion of the 45th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations with China. Turkey will work with China in various fields, including economic, trade, investment, science and technology, industry, infrastructure and more.

此次访问是埃尔多安去年8月就任土耳其总统以来第一次访华。埃尔多安总统同中国国家主席习近平等多位中国国家和政府领导人会见并会谈，就政治、经济、安全等广泛领域的问题交换意见，凸显了两个大国之间寻求共识的迫切愿望。值得注意的是，土耳其总统本次是带着由大约100名土耳其企业家组成的代表团出访中国的，访问期间，两国首脑还共同出席了在北京举行的中土经贸论坛。由此可见，双边经贸关系的健康发展，更是当前两国政府和民间都迫切关注的重要发展议题。
This visit was Erdogan's first time to China since he became the Turkish president. President Erdogan met with a number of Chinese state and government leaders, and they exchanged views on issues related to political, economic, security and other fields. It is worth noting that the Turkish President made a delegation of more than 100 Turkish entrepreneurs to visit China. During the visit, the two leaders also attended the China and Turkey Economic and Trade Forum in Beijing. As a result, the strong development of bilateral trade and economic relations between China and Turkey is one of the urgent issues requested by both governments and their civil needs.
