    被誉为“中国藏獒画家第一人”的冯冰，将藏獒文化、藏獒精神融入画中，画的藏獒，勇猛、坚定，栩栩如生，充分的体现了藏獒忠诚、勇敢、顽强、剽悍、藏獒与人生活在同一个家园欢乐情景。2006年中国工作犬协会在北京人民大会堂宣布冯冰为中国画獒第一人。冯冰现在法国美协会员。2006年世界英才杯绘画大展藏獒画获得一等奖，2008年法国卢浮宫艺术沙龙展大写意藏獒画获得铜奖，2009年8月为纪念建国60周年各国使节庆祝会上，冯冰的藏獒画被评为金奖。
    Winning Reasons: Known as "The First Chinese Painter for Tibetan Mastiff" Mr. Feng Bing skillfully integrated Tibetan Mastiff culture and its spirit into his paintings. Strong visional effects and the qualities of Tibetan Mastiff, like loyalty, courage, tenacity and courage, are vividly demonstrated through his works.
