Dr. David Aptsiauri is an outstanding politician and diplomat who served as the Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister. He was trained in the course of "International Conflict Resolution and Diplomatic Negotiation" in the USA. In March 2014, David was appointed as the Georgian ambassador to China, Mongolia and Vietnam. David used his wisdom and efforts to promote the development of friendly relations between Georgia and China. Through his and other officials’ contributions, the "Free Trade Agreement between the Government of Georgia and the Government of the People's Republic of China" was formally implemented on January 1st, 2018. From January to November in 2017, the foreign trade volume reached $9.56 million USD, increased by 12.9% from last year.
