Winning reasons: His Excellency Mr. Constantinescu became the Ambassador of the Republic of Romania to China on December 5th, 2017. He is a knowledgeable, quick-thinking and broad-minded diplomat. Since taking office, he has been active in education, economy, trade and culture sectors between China and Romania, and promoted the construction of Romania Liaoning Industrial Park. Romania is an important member of the "16+1" cooperation in Central and Eastern Europe.
