8月6日下午15:00, 中外新闻社小记者团采访吉尔吉斯共和国驻华大使馆，卡纳伊姆·巴克特古洛娃大使在大使馆门口恭候小记者，与小记者一一握手后大家围坐会议桌。大使首先让小记者们看一段介绍吉尔吉斯国家纪录片。
At 3pm on August 6th, Home and Abroad News Press 2015 Summer Junior Journalist Delegation interviewed the Kyrgyz Embassy to China and the Kyrgyz Ambassador to China, H.E. Mrs. К·Бактыгулова personally welcomed the junior journalists at the entrance of the embassy. She greeted to all and then played a documentary film about Kyrgyzstan for the junior journalists.

采访开始，有小记者问：“你好大使女士！我们小记者有机会采访您很高兴。你是一位干练的女外交官，你于2013年7月3日向中国国家主席习近平递交国书起，已正式成为吉尔吉斯斯坦驻华大使。请问你上任后去过中国的哪些城市？请谈谈你对中国的印象……”
In the interview, a junior journalist asked: “Hello Mrs. Ambassador. Thank you very much for accepting our interview request. As an outstanding female diplomat, you have become the Kyrgyz Ambassador to China when presenting your credentials to Chinese President Xi Jinping on July 3rd 2013. Which Chinese cities have you been to? Please share your views about China with us.”

大使：“这是一个很好的问题。我去过中国的上海、西安、济南等很多城市，每个城市都不一样，城市建筑非常有特色，民众友好善良，特别是中国的优良的传统文化给我留下深刻地印象。
Ambassador answered: “This is a very good question. I have been to Shanghai, Xi’an, Jinan and other cities in China. Every city is different with their local unique culture and traditions. Chinese people are friendly and kind. In particularly, Chinese traditional culture left a great impression to me.”

“文化交流是增进两国人民友谊的桥梁，孔子学院日益发挥着沟通吉中两国文化的作用，对于吉中友好合作关系的发展十分重要。请问大使：吉中两国文化在新的形势下有哪些深层次的交流与合作？特别是青少年文化的交流？”
“Cultural exchange is an important channel to improve bilateral relations. Confucius Institutes has been playing an important role in promoting the cultural exchanges between China and Kyrgyzstan. It is special important for neighboring countries to develop and maintain the good relationships. We want to ask you that how China and Kyrgyzstan will further deepen their cultural exchanges and cooperation in different levels, especially in the youth exchange level?”

“我20年前就学习过汉语，所以和中国的青少年交流很便捷。今年7月31日至8月1日，在吉尔吉斯坦有一个“中国文化日”活动。最近有4个吉尔吉斯坦青年到北京来文化访问，我也可以邀请你们小记者团到吉尔吉斯坦访问，我认为，青少年文化交流可以推进吉中两国关系发展。”大使说。
“I studied Chinese about 20 years ago; therefore, I can communicate with Chinese children and youth more directly. There is a theme event in Kyrgyzstan, named “Chinese Culture Day” from July 31st to August 1st. Four Kyrgyz young people recently visited Beijing, and I can also invite you all to Kyrgyzstan. In my opinions, the youth exchanges are very important to develop and promote the bilateral relationship between China and Kyrgyzstan.” Ambassador answered.

大使说，小记者的问题提得很好，能够与中国的小朋友面对面交流是一件很开心的事。她告诉小记者们，在上海合作组织框架下，中国和吉尔吉斯斯坦两国的合作也从安全拓展到政治、经贸、人文交流等领域。
Ambassador said: “The questions from the junior journalists are great. I am very pleased to communicate with Chinese students and children.” She told us that, within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, China and Kyrgyzstan will further collaborate with each other in many fields, including national security, political stability, economic trading and cultural exchanges.

As a female who also represents her country, Ambassador К·Бактыгулова is very elegant, well-educated and professional. This time, the junior journalists personally felt the diplomatic temperaments of Ambassador К·Бактыгулова.
