（中外新闻社 中外新闻网记者 刘登臣 乌仁）2026年9月23日, 古巴共和国驻华大使馆在中国拉丁美洲文化交流中心举办中古建交66周年招待会。受古巴共和国驻华大使白诗德阁下邀请, 中外新闻社总裁韦燕出席当晚招待会, 白诗德大使和外交部中国政府拉美事务特别代表邱小琪分别致辞。
    On September 23, 2026, the Embassy of the Republic of Cuba in China hosted a reception at the China-Latin America Cultural Exchange Center to celebrate the 66th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cuba. At the invitation of His Excellency Mr. Alberto Blanco Silva, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to China, President Wei Yan of Home and Abroad News Press attended the reception with many ambassadors and diplomats. Ambassador Alberto Blanco Silva and Qiu Xiaoqi, Special Representative of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Latin American Affairs, delivered speeches respectively.

    晚上19:00, 中国拉丁美洲文化交流中心户外绿茵场上奏响了古巴共和国国歌和中华人民共和国国歌, 白诗德大使致欢迎辞。
    At 7:00 p.m., the national anthems of the Republic of Cuba and the People’s Republic of China were played on the outdoor lawn of the China-Latin America Cultural Exchange Center, and Ambassador Alberto Blanco Silva delivered a welcome address.
    白诗德大使说, 1960年9月28日, 古巴正式与中国建交, 成为拉丁美洲首个与新中国建交的国家。66年来, 中古友谊薪火相传, 开启了中古中拉关系的新篇章。在两国历代领导人精心培育和各界人士的共同努力下, 中古关系始终走在中国同胞美和加勒比国家关系的前列。
    Ambassador Alberto Blanco Silva said that on September 28, 1960, Cuba formally established diplomatic relations with China, becoming the first country in Latin America to do so with the New China. Over the past 66 years, the friendship between China and Cuba has been passed down from generation to generation, opening a new chapter in China-Cuba and China-Latin America relations. Thanks to the careful nurturing by successive leaders of both countries and the joint efforts of people from all walks of life, China-Cuba relations have consistently led the way in China’s relations with countries in the Americas and the Caribbean.

    白诗德说, 近年来, 在习近平主席和迪亚斯·卡内尔·贝穆德斯主席的战略引领下, 古中各领域合作持续走深走实, 在新时代不断焕发新的活力。今年恰逢菲德尔·卡斯特罗总司令诞辰100周年。正如习近平主席指出的, 菲拉卡斯特罗是古巴共产党和古巴社会主义事业的缔造者, 也是中古关系的奠基者和推动者, 为两国关系做出历史性贡献。
    Ambassador Alberto Blanco Silva said that in recent years, under the strategic leadership of President Xi Jinping and President Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, cooperation between Cuba and China across all fields has continued to deepen and become more substantive, constantly gaining new vitality in the new era. This year marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro. As President Xi Jinping has pointed out, Comrade Fidel Castro was the founder of the Communist Party of Cuba and the Cuban socialist cause, as well as the architect and driving force behind Cuba-China relations, having made historic contributions to bilateral ties.

    白诗德表示, 66年前, 古巴自豪地成为西半球第一个与新中国建立外交关系的国家, 并始终坚定不移地坚持一个中国原则。“古中虽在地理上相隔遥远, 却由两国革命所结出的丰硕历史成果紧密相连。”白诗德认为, 两国革命在逆境中证明了自身的坚定, 始终捍卫社会主义、历史记忆与共产党的领导, 以及将古中团结在一起的宝贵友谊。
    Ambassador Alberto Blanco Silva expressed that 66 years ago, Cuba proudly became the first country in the Western Hemisphere to establish diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China and has consistently and unwaveringly adhered to the One-China Principle. “Although Cuba and China are geographically distant, they are closely linked by the fruitful historical achievements of their respective revolutions.” He believes that the revolutions of both countries have proven their steadfastness in the face of adversity, consistently defending socialism, historical memory, and the leadership of the Communist Party, as well as the precious friendship that unites Cuba and China.

    白诗德认为, 中国的发展促进了本国人民的共同繁荣, 也对那些企图强加单边主义和丛林法则的势力构成了不可或缺的制衡。古巴支持并热烈欢迎中国为国际社会提供的令人钦佩的全球倡议。
    Ambassador Alberto Blanco Silva believes that China’s development has promoted the shared prosperity of its people and has also served as an indispensable counterbalance to those forces seeking to impose unilateralism and the law of the jungle. Cuba supports and warmly welcomes the admirable global initiatives China has put forward for the international community.

    白诗德说, 中国始终是古巴最亲密的朋友之一。古巴和中国将继续在国际舞台上相互支持、协调立场, 始终捍卫多边主义和国际法原则。白诗德还表示, 古巴和中国会继续在农业、能源、生物技术、数字发展、文化和旅游等战略领域推进双边合作。
    He also said that China has always been one of Cuba’s closest friends. Cuba and China will continue to support each other and coordinate their positions on the international stage, consistently defending multilateralism and the principles of international law. Bai Shide also stated that Cuba and China will continue to advance bilateral cooperation in strategic areas such as agriculture, energy, biotechnology, digital development, culture, and tourism.

    白诗德大使说, 古巴人民的正义事业得到了国际社会的广泛支持。中国是好朋友好同志好兄弟, 不对我国家主权和安全干涉, 而且继续为古巴经济社会发展提供力所能及的支持, 继续坚定支持古巴走符合自身国情的社会主义道路, 推动两党两国关系取得新的发展, 并从包括古方在内的各方一道共同捍卫国际公平正义。
    Ambassador Alberto Blanco Silva noted that the just cause of the Cuban people has received widespread support from the international community. China is a good friend, a good comrade, and a good brother; it does not interfere in our country’s sovereignty and security, and continues to provide support within its means for Cuba’s economic and social development. China also continues to firmly support Cuba in following a socialist path suited to its own national conditions, promotes new developments in relations between the two parties and the two countries, and works together with all parties, including Cuba, to jointly defend international fairness and justice.

    他最后说, 文化、教育、体育等领域的交流合作, 以及培训和奖学金项目, 是两国人民之间的紧密纽带, 体现出两国人民的相互钦佩、彼此亲近。
    He said that exchanges and cooperation in fields such as culture, education, and sports, as well as training and scholarship programs, serve as strong bonds between the peoples of the two countries and reflect their mutual admiration and closeness.
    中国政府拉美事务特别代表邱小琪出席活动并致辞。他说, 建交66年来, 中古特殊友好关系持续深入发展, 成为社会主义国家团结合作、发展中国家真诚互助的典范。近年来, 在两国元首战略引领下, 中古关系不断焕发新气象, 展现新作为。两国元首举行会晤, 为下阶段中古命运共同体建设指明方向。中方愿同古方一道, 推动各层级交往, 深化全方位战略协作, 加强治党治国经验交流, 推动中古命运共同体建设不断取得新成就。
    Mr. Qiu Xiaoqi, the Chinese Government’s Special Representative for Latin American Affairs, attended the event and delivered a speech. He said that over the past 66 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations, the special friendly relations between China and Cuba have continued to deepen, becoming a model of solidarity and cooperation among socialist countries and of sincere mutual assistance among developing nations. In recent years, under the strategic guidance of the heads of state of both countries, China-Cuba relations have continuously taken on a new vitality and achieved new milestones. The meeting between the two heads of state has charted the course for the next phase of building the China-Cuba Community with a Shared Future. China is willing to work together with Cuba to promote exchanges at all levels, deepen all-round strategic cooperation, strengthen the exchange of experiences in party and state governance, and drive the China-Cuba Community with a Shared Future toward continuous new achievements.

    邱小琪回顾道, 66年前, 古巴在西半球国家中率先与新中国建交, 开启了中古、中拉关系新纪元；建交以来, 两国合作不断结出硕果。他表示, 中方愿同古方一道, 落实好两国元首达成的重要共识, 加强各层级交往, 深化全方位战略协作, 推动中古命运共同体建设不断取得新成就。
    He also recalled that 66 years ago, Cuba was the first country in the Western Hemisphere to establish diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China, ushering in a new era in China-Cuba and China-Latin America relations; since the establishment of diplomatic ties, cooperation between the two countries has consistently yielded fruitful results. He stated that China is willing to work together with Cuba to effectively implement the important consensus reached by the heads of state of both countries, strengthen exchanges at all levels, deepen all-round strategic cooperation, and drive the China-Cuba Community with a Shared Future to achieve new successes.

    本次招待会还举行古巴驻华大使馆同北京中拉文化交流中心签约合作计划书。作为首个与新中国建交的拉美国家, 古巴与中国结下深厚情谊, 现场各界友人欢聚交流, 处处洋溢友好氛围。
    During the reception, the Cuban Embassy in China and the Beijing China-Latin America Cultural Exchange Center also signed a cooperation agreement. As the first Latin American country to establish diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China, Cuba has forged deep bonds with China. Friends from all walks of life gathered to socialize at the event, and a warm and friendly atmosphere permeated the venue.

    招待会上, 来自两国的政府、文旅、媒体等各界代表及多国驻华外交官参与了活动。来宾在活动现场观看了具有古巴特色的歌舞表演、品鉴了古巴特色美食并进行了友好交流。
    The reception was attended by representatives from various sectors in both countries—including government, culture and tourism, and media, as well as diplomats from many countries in China. Guests enjoyed traditional Cuban song and dance performances and authentic Cuban cuisine as well as engaged in friendly exchanges with each other.
