由捷克工贸部、外交部和斯洛伐克经济部共同主办的“第二届中国投资论坛”2011年11月7日至10日在捷 克 首 都 布 拉 格 举 行，布拉格位于捷克西部，坐落在伏尔塔瓦河畔，是捷克最大的城市也是是一座欧洲的历史名城。
Organized by the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Slovak Ministry of Economy, The Second China Investment Forum will be hosted in the capital city of Czech Prague from November 7th to 10th. Prague is located in the western Czech Republic, beside the Vulcan tawa River, it is the largest city in the Czech Republic, also a famous historic city in Europe.

Reports learnt that the China Investment Forum was found in November 2010 in Prague, then it has become a favorable platform for extending economic and trade cooperation between China and European countries.
捷克是中国在中东欧地区重要的贸易伙伴，自1949年10月两国正式建交以来，双边贸易额不断大幅攀升，经贸合作也是不断深化。近几年来，中捷双边贸易总额翻了近三倍。
The Czech Republic is an important trading partner to China. Since October 1949 the two countries formally established diplomatic ties, the bilateral trade volume has been increased substantially with deepening economic and trade cooperation. In recent years, the bilateral trade volume was nearly tripled.
彼得•瓦夫拉参赞在演讲中表示，未来，我们面临的挑战是如何保持并巩固当前的合作成果。我们相信，布拉格的第二届中国投资论坛在新技术领域，如纳米、生物科技、可再生能源、环保、工作安全保护，以及运输基础设施等方面，将有更加深化的投资合作。
The Commercial Counsellor Mr. miroslav kolesar said in his speech: “In the future, our challenge is to maintain and consolidate the current results of cooperation. We believe that the Second China Investment Forum will offer new business opportunities in new technologies fields such as nanotechnology, biotechnology, renewable energy, environmental protection, security protection, transport and infrastructure.
作为第二届中国投资论坛主办机构，虎彼德先生在会上表示，随着中国企业对捷克的了解和认识加深，中国企业正在利用对捷经贸合作的有利条件，现在中捷两国投资形式多元化。我们期望布拉格的第二届中国投资论坛能达到我们双方的预期效果。
As a key organizer of the Forum, Mr. petr hyl said that as Chinese enterprises learns more about the Czech Republic, Chinese companies are taking advantage of favorable economic and trade cooperation between China and Czech, the investment programs in both countries are highly diversified. 目前，中国已经成为欧盟的第二大贸易伙伴，同时也是欧盟增长最快的出口市场。中国欧盟商会副主席米乐•科雷沙出席当晚的新闻发布会时接受了本刊记者采访，他说，在捷克布拉格举办的第二届中国投资论坛，让欧盟之间其它国家间的交流更加通畅，当然也包括中国，这对中欧关系的提升应该是有利的。毫无疑问，中国已经成为欧盟最大的合作国家，将来与中国合作一定会越来越多。
At present, China has become the EU's second largest trading partner, also the EU's fastest-gro wing export market. The Vice Chairman of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China Mr. miroslav kolesar accepted our exclusive interview during the press conference. He said that the Second China Investment Forum will improve the current trading channels between China and European countries, this enhancement will certainly benefit to China as well. There is no doubt that China will become EU’s largest partner, more and more cooperation opportunities will come out in the future.
