安哥拉位于非洲西南部，属于联合国确定全球最不发达的49国家之一。“情系非洲儿童”、“同在蓝天下”--成为小记者们采访安哥拉大使馆的愿望。8月6日，“见证友谊 ”中外新闻社2013暑期采访外国驻华使领馆小记者应邀采访安哥拉驻华使馆，安哥拉驻华使馆公使阿娜贝拉•萨乌达德斯及新闻参赞Eduardo Andre de Sousa先生接受小记者的采访。
Angola is located in southwestern Africa and it is one of the 49 least developed countries in the world accordingly to the United Nations. "Deliver love to African children” and “Live together under the same blue sky" were the key messages that junior journalists had for the interview with the Angola Embassy in China. August 6th, the 2013 Summer Home & Abroad News PressJunior Journalist Delegation visited the Angola Embassy. The Embassy MinisterMrs. Anabela Saudades and the Press Counsellor Mr. Eduardo Andre de Sousa accepted our interview.
“你好，萨乌达德斯公使，安哥拉属于经联合国确定全球最不发达的国家之一。但是政府在教育方面采取了普及式教育, 只要愿意接受教育的青少年都可以到学校读书, 他们的上学是免费的吗？请问安哥拉的小学生也能和中国的小学生一样获得良好的义务教育吗？”小记者向萨乌达德斯公使提问。
"Hello, MinisterMrs. Anabela Saudades. Angola is one of the 49 least developed countries in the world. However, Angolan government has established the universal education system. As long as youth and students are willing to study, their tuitions are covered by the government. We would like to know if the Angolan children are able to receive the same compulsory education as Chinese children could have?" we asked.
萨乌达德斯公使说，内战结束时安哥拉儿童就学率不足六成，现在86％的学龄儿童坐进了教室，并且女童的入学比例和男童相当。每10个安哥拉孩子中就有一人是战争孤儿，或者是艾滋病病毒携带者。87％的安哥拉市民生活在条件十分简陋的贫民窟中。超过半数的安哥拉人没有办法从清洁水源汲水。即使是这样，政府在教育方面还是采取了普及式教育，学生的学费全部是免费的。
MinisterSaudades said that, at the end of the civil war in Angola, the school enrollment of Angolan children was below 60%. Nowadays, over 86% of school-age children are able to go to school. The girls and the boys are reasonably equal. One of every 10 children in Angola is a war orphan or AIDS virus carrier. 87% of Angolan citizens are living in extremely poor conditions. More than half ofAngolans have no clean water from any resources. Even so, the government is offering compulsory education to general public, and the tuition is free for all students.

小记者问：“安哥拉大使馆将如何推动中国和安哥拉两国青少年的交流？对两国的文化教育合作有哪些期待？”
Junior journalists asked: “How will the Angola Embassy in China promote the communication and connection between the young people of Angola and China? What do you expect from the educational cooperation between the two countries?”
萨乌达德斯公使介绍说，2012年7月16日，中国驻安哥拉大使高克祥与安文化部长席尔瓦女士各自代表两国政府在罗安达签署《中华人民共和国政府和安哥拉共和国政府文化合作协定2012至2014年执行计划》。根据新的执行计划，双方在未来3年内将互派政府文化代表团、表演艺术团，互办艺术展览，互派造型艺术家或作家，加强文化艺术领域培训以及在文化遗产保护和管理、出版和知识产权保护领域的合作。
MinisterSaudades said, on behalf of the two governments, Chinese ambassador to Angola Mr. Gao Kexiang and Angolan Culture Minister Ms. Silva signed "The cultural cooperationagreement between People's Republic of China and the Republic of Angola2012 to 2014 Implementation Plan" in Luanda on July 16th, 2012. Under the new plan, the two countries will exchange cultural delegations, performing arts groups, art exhibitions,and artists or writers in the next 3 years to strengthen the training in the culture and arts fields and cooperate with each other in cultural heritage protection and management, publication and intellectual property rights protection.
小记者团年龄最小的记者吕馨雅手拿100元人民币交给萨乌达德斯公使，一字一句的说：“你好，感谢你接受我们小记者的采访，这是100元，请你转给安哥拉那些没有饭吃的儿童。”“好的，谢谢你。中国的小朋友，我想，获得你们帮助的安哥拉小朋友也会深深地感谢你们的。”萨乌达德斯公使接过100元钱放在小记者的捐款篮里。接着，全体小记者依次排队，手上拿着500、300、100元不等的钱放在捐款篮里……
Theyoungest junior journalist Lv Xinya passed a 100 yuan bill to MinisterSaudades and said that "Thank you so much for accepting our interview today! This is 100 yuan, could you please pass it to the children who are suffering hunger and poverty in Angola?" "That's great! Thank you! I think your Angolan little friends will feel deeply grateful to you." MinisterSaudades put the 100 yuan bill into the donation basket. Then, other junior journalists lined up together to make more donations, 500, 300, 100 yuan bills all went into the donation basket......
其实，在安哥拉驻华大使馆采访的互动是小记者们“有备而来”的，此前，范德辰、张雨桐两位小记者在著名书画家雷鸣东的书法“同在蓝天下”字下面创作了五大洲的小朋友手拉手走在阳光大道上，商定好全体小记者为安哥拉国家的饥饿儿童捐款，此书画经全体小记者签名后赠送给安哥拉驻华使馆。
Beside that, the junior journalists were well prepared for this interview. Fan Dechen and Zhang Yutong, the two junior journalists, draw a picture of the children from the five continents hand in hand in the splendid sunshine on the famous painter Lei Mingdong's calligraphy work. With the donations, the entire delegation presented this meaningful painting to the embassy as a good wish to all Angolan children and Angolan people.
安哥拉驻华使馆公使阿娜贝拉•萨乌达德斯和新闻参赞Eduardo Andre de Sousa先生接受了这张书画并与全体小记者合影，他们说：“我们珍惜这份宝贵的礼物，我们要转到我们国家外交部，我们代表安哥拉全国小朋友谢谢你们，欢迎你们到安哥拉。”
The Embassy MinisterMrs. Anabela Saudades and the Press Counsellor Mr. Eduardo Andre de Sousa accepted this painting and took a photo with all junior journalists. They said: "We will cherish this precious gift and turn it to our Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On the behalf of your Angolan little friends, we deeply thank you and welcome all of you to Angola!"
