阿根廷共和国位于南美洲南部的一个联邦共和制国家，是拉丁美洲面积第二大国。8月6日，“见证友谊”中外新闻社2013暑期访问外国驻华使领馆小记者采访的第一站就是阿根廷共和国驻华使馆。上午9点40分，阿根廷驻华大使古斯塔沃•马蒂诺、公使新闻参赞Guilermo Devoto先生、文化参赞圣地亚哥•马蒂诺等外交官亲切会见中外新闻社小记者，并接受了小记者采访。
The Republic of Argentina is a Federal Republic country, located in southern Latin America. It is also the second largest country in Latin America. August 6th, “Witness Friendship” 2013 Summer Home & Abroad News Press Junior Journalist Delegation Interviewing Argentina Embassy in China. At 9:40am, the Argentinean Ambassador to China, H.E. Mr. Gustavo A. Martino, the Press Counsellor Mr. Guilermo Devoto, the Cultural Counsellor Mr. Santiago Martino and other embassy officers personally welcomed all junior journalists and accepted the exclusive interview.
“我们从电视上看到，大使先生是一位充满活力的外交官，具有健康、高尚、丰富的精神世界，影响力和亲和力给中国朋友留下了深刻的印象。请问大使先生，你喜欢中国文化吗？”小记者问。
“Dear Mr. Ambassador, we know that you are an energetic diplomat with a strong, noble, rich spiritual mindset. Your influence and kind affinity left a deep impression to Chinese friends. We want to know if you like Chinese culture or not? What attracts you the most in China?” junior journalist asked.
“2011年4月25日，我被总统克里斯蒂娜•费尔南德斯•基什内尔任命为阿根廷驻中华人民共和国大使，2011年6月18日我和我的妻子来到北京，就任大使职位。中国是一个礼仪之邦，民众很重视家庭的存在，我和我的妻子都非常喜欢中国的文化，特别是节假日，一家人其乐融融，非常好。”大使先生谈到。
“I was appointed as the Argentina's ambassador to China by President Cristina Elisabet Fernández deKirchner on April 25th 2011. I and my wife moved to Beijing on June 18, 2011 then I officially became the ambassador. China is known as a state of etiquettes. The people here attach great importance to families. My wife and I both love Chinese culture very much, especially traditional Chinese holidays. The families join together, it’s very enjoyable time for all.” Mr. Ambassador said.

小记者问道：“阿根廷国家男子足球队是世界上最成功的国家队之一，曾19次夺取过国家队重大赛事的冠军，包括两次称雄世界杯、14次夺得美洲杯、两次获得奥运男足金牌，请问：中国和阿根廷在加强青少年足球交流和培训方面有计划吗？”
Junior journalists asked: “Argentina national soccer team is one of the most successful soccer teams around the world. It earned 19 champions in major international competitions, including two wins for the World Cup, 14 wins for the Copa America, 2 wins for the Olympic gold medal in men's soccer. We would like to know if there is any plan or program to strengthen youth soccer training and exchanges between China and Argentina.”
大使先生说，北京市体育局副局长李晋康曾带领北京市足球代表团对阿根廷进行访问，探索中国和阿根廷在加强青少年足球交流和培训方面的合作。参观了阿根廷的一些足球设施，考察了适合培训北京市青少年球员的训练基地，并同阿根廷竞技队前主教练马林等阿足球界人士进行了深入交流。中国和阿根廷在加强青少年足球交流和培训方面很快会有一套完整地计划。
Mr. Ambassador answered that the deputy director of Beijing Municipal Sports Bureau Mr. Li Jinkang led a local soccer delegation to Argentina before to explore the training and exchanging opportunities for young soccer players between China and Argentina. They visited a number of facilities in Argentina and the training base where would be ideal for the Chinese young players. Meanwhile, they had in-depth communication with the Argentinean national team coaches and the professional soccer players. China and Argentina will soon have a comprehensive plan to enhance young soccer programs and professional training programs.
“我们从资料上看到，阿根廷是拉美国民受教育程度最高的国家之一，阿根廷具备高品质的教学系统，在学费，住宿费，娱乐和生活费用方面，对中国留学生来说很有竞争力。如果我们选择前往阿根廷留学，大使馆可以给我们提供什么样的帮助？”小记者问。
“From what we learnt, Argentina is one of the Latin America's most educated countries. Argentina has high-quality education system, and it offers competitive tuition fees, accommodation, entertainment and living costs to international students, including Chinese students. If we choose to study in Argentina, what kinds of services the Argentinean embassy will provide to us?” junior journalists continued the questions.
“阿根廷--这个南美洲第二大国，正以其独特的魅力吸引着世人。选择阿根廷留学的学生逐年增加。阿根廷驻华使馆可以为中国学生提供大量的阿根廷留学资料，阿根廷公立大学向全社会开放，不收一分钱学费。阿根廷没有“高考”，一个中学毕业生只要报名就可以上大学。也就是说，只要中学能毕业，就可以进入布宜诺斯艾利斯大学这样的拉美名校。”
“Argentina, the second largest country in South America, with its unique charm attracts people’s attention around the world. The international students in Argentina are increasing year by year. The Argentinean Embassy provides a lot of information and data to Chinese students for them to choose studying in Argentina. Argentinean public universities are always open to the general public with no tuition fees. There is no university entrance exam in Argentina, which means that a high school graduate could get into universities as long as he applies. In other words, if a student can successfully complete the high school, he will be able to go to the top Lain American universities, like University of Buenos Aires.”
“阿根廷的孩子在学校里学习有没有压力？”、“阿根廷有没有直飞中国的飞机？”、“阿根廷传媒大学学生毕业后就业机会如何？”，马蒂诺大使一 一回答了小记者们的问题。最后，大使期盼两国青少年有更多的交流。
“Is there any pressure for Argentinean children study in school?” “Is there any direct flight between Argentina and China?” “How about the post graduation employment opportunities for university students?” Ambassador Martino answered the questions one by one. Finally, he expressed that he wished Chinese and Argentinean teenagers have more communication
采访结束，小记者们纷纷把自己创作的书画作品、小手工工艺品、家乡的特产等礼物赠送给马蒂诺先生，祝福他在中国工作、生活愉快，马蒂诺大使也向小记者们回赠了礼物，一时间，中阿两国大、小朋友的祝福声、笑声、告别声回荡在阿根廷驻华使馆……
At the end of the interview, junior journalists presented their handmade artworks and local products to Ambassador Martino and wished him have a happy life in China. Ambassador Martino also presented gifts to all junior journalists. At that moment, joy, love, smile and appreciation joint together in the embassy as the symbol of China and Argentina’s everlasting friendship.
