中国和立陶宛两个国家相距遥远，两个国家的文化也不同，但两个国家建立了非常渊源的合作关系。17世纪初期，立陶宛这个国家的名称已经在中国被知晓。两个国家在20多年前就已经建立了外交关系，今天在这里我自豪地向大家说，中立两国在这些年里已经建立了深厚的合作关系，我们在立陶宛教大家学习中文，在北京我们教大家学习立陶宛的语言，双方越来越多的了解各自的文化和历史。
China and Lithuania are far from each other in distance, and the two countries also have different cultures. However, both countries have developed and enjoyed very close partnership since long time ago. In 1700s, Lithuania was a well-known country in China. 20 years ago, the two countries officially established the diplomatic relations and today I want to proudly tell everyone that China and Lithuania have solid foundation for cooperative relations. We learnt Chinese in Lithuania and teach Lithuanian in China, the more we communicate, the better understandings we will have about each other.
