In the beautiful March spring, we celebrate the 11th anniversary ceremony of Home and Abroad News Press here in Beijing. It’s our pleasure to have all important officials and foreign guests joining us tonight. We deeply thank everyone’s participation and supports.
十一年前的今天，一艘传媒新舰——中外新闻社在美丽的东方之珠---香港启航……十一年，我们共同见证了中国的进步、世界的沧桑；十一年，我们在风云变幻中担起媒体的国际社会责任；十一年，我们以世界眼光、国际标准、 前瞻思维追求卓越；十一年，“新闻”路上---我们从容前行……
11 years ago, as a new star in the media industry, Home and Abroad New Press was established in the Pearl of Asia, Hong Kong. In the past 11 years, we witnessed the great development of China and its rapid integration with the world; in the past 11 years, we took our social responsibilities as a reliable media channel in this ever-changing global settings; 11 years to now, we are continuously moving forward with our unchangeable faith.

2011年5月6日，中国国务院港澳办“港审联字[2011] 537号”文批准，中外新闻社北京记者站正式成立。从此，中外新闻社将立足北京，展开与各外国驻华使馆及中国各部委办、各商会、各大财团等紧密合作。
On May 6th 2011, we received the approval document from China's State Council Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office. As a result, the Beijing Office of Home and Abroad News Press is opened immediately for full operations.
2010年5月20日，中外新闻社获得台当局“行政院新闻局”〔新联二字第0990820192号〕文批准驻台采访：我们又一次承载着时代赋予的神圣使命，肩负着两岸人民的重托，以饱满的政治热情、高度的责任感和良好的工作作风履行职责。
May 20th, 2010, Home and Abroad News Press received a special letter from Taipei. Taiwan “Administration Ministry Information Bureau”. This is the official approval for having the Taiwan Branch in Home and Abroad News Press family. We, again, feel more responsibilities and expectations from the governments and people across the strait. We will make our goals higher with our passion in harmonious political relations, dedications and great work ethics for building a closer cooperative relationship between Mainland and Taiwan.
中外新闻社创立至今，先后与加拿大《大中报》、加拿大《星星生活周刊》、芬兰《经济生活周刊》、美国《中美邮报》、伊朗最大的报业集团—古都斯日报等主流媒体签署了“合作备忘录”，与阿富汗《阿富汗之声》通讯社签署“携手推进世界和平宣言”。
Since 2001, Home and Abroad News Pres signed a series of “Memorandum of Understandings” agreements with Canada “Chinese News”, Canada “Star Weekly”, Finland “Economic Life Weekly”, U.S.A “Chinese American Post” and many other sister media from different countries and regions.
十一年的拼搏和努力，十一年的光荣与梦想，都成为一种坚持、一种鼓舞、一种责任。
