能够来到以色列驻华使馆采访，是小记者们的心愿。以色列是世界上唯一以犹太人为主体民族的国家。以色列对于科学和科技的发展贡献相当大，在遗传学、计算机科学、光学、工程学、以及其他技术产业上的贡献都很出色。全世界都在说以色列很厉害，犹太人很聪明，我们小记者想希望学习以色列人创新意识和生存能力。
It was junior journalists’ desire to interview the Israeli Embassy in China. Israel is the only country in the world where Jewish people are the majority of the country. Israel's contribution to the development of science and technology is profound and remarkable, especially in genetics, computer science, optics, engineering and other high technology sectors. The whole world shares the same impression that Israel is a powerful country and the Jews people are very smart. Our junior journalists also wanted to learn more from Israeli people’s creativity and survivability.
接受我们小记者采访的是以色列驻华使馆的新闻文化参赞裴俐女士。她美丽、自信、睿智、深邃，一口流利的汉语就震撼了我们小记者，我们能采访到裴俐外交官非常荣幸，她对我们的到访表示诚挚的欢迎，她说她正在努力地学习中国的语言和文化，她愿意和我们交朋友，此时台下响起热烈的掌声，采访在非常愉快的气氛中进行。
The Press and Cultural Counselor of the Israeli Embassy in China Ms. EfratPerri accepted our interview. Her beauty, confidence, wisdom, deep thinking and fluent Chinese impressed all of the junior journalists. We felt very honor to have this interview with her, and she also expressed her warmest welcome to all of us. She is currently learning Chinese language and culture, she wishes to make friends with us. The meeting room was full of joy and smiles. The interview was conducted with delightful atmosphere.
小记者问：“你好裴俐参赞，你是一位出色的女外交官，你曾说过：‘军队教会我责任与创新。’请你诠释这句话的含义。谢谢。”
We asked: “Hello, Ms. EfratPerri. You are an outstanding female diplomat. You have said before: “The army taught me responsibility and innovation.” Can you explain this line to us? Thanks!”
裴俐参赞谈到，以色列不论男女，年满十八周岁就得去参军，她提到在军队里的日子深有感触：在军队里生活全部只能靠自己，她和男人一样，需要完成各种各样的严格训练，并执行各种任务，能逐渐的变得有责任感，主动肩负起责任的重担，在这样的环境里不断地成长，完成从少年到成人的蜕变。她的话激励我们小记者，学会独立，不仅在学习上独立，生活上也要独立。学会不依靠父母，不依靠朋友，逐渐地养成独立。
CounselorPerri said that in Israel, no matter boys or girls, they have to join the army as soon as they are 18 years old. She mentioned the days in the army were deeply touched by the fact that she could only live on her own in the army. Just like other men, she had to complete various strict training camps and tasks to gradually improve her sense of responsibility and taking the initiativesfor challenges. In such an environment, everyone could complete the transformation from juvenile to adult. Her words inspired our junior journalists. We are not only learning how to be independent, but also responsible for our life. We should gradually develop independence so that we can live without parents or friends in some situations.
“你好裴俐参赞，随着“太库以色列中国创新中心的成立”，你认为：我们青少年应该如何激发创新思维？”
“With the new TechCode Israel-China Innovation Center in China, in your opinions, how will the young students and teenagers get inspired for their creative thinking and innovation?”
裴俐参赞意味深长地说，要想创新，也就是不遵循常人的思路，缔造出意想不到的产物，我们就需要具备不怕失败的精神。大家都知道失败是成功之母，当然失败也是成功的基石，以色列人认为“失败”是一件非常可贵的事情，以色列家长和学校教育孩子：要不断的尝试，不断的进步。
CounselorPerrianswered that in order to gain creativity, we have to not follow the regular ways of thinking, we have to think out-of-the-box and keep trying in failures. We all know that the failure is the mother of success. Great success is built on many mistakes and failures. Israelis people believe that 'failure' is a very valuable thing. The parents and schools in Israel always try their best to explore, develop and emphasize on education for the future generations.”
以色列是世界上教育最成功的国家。有小记者问以色列国家小，却拥有中东地区人数最多的耶鲁大学校友。参赞女士谈到，以色列对教育非常重视，以色列人为什么很聪明，就是不断的提问题，就像你们今天向我提问一样，还有一个重要的因素：以色列重视孩子的经验，也鼓励学习他人经验，对于中国的教育参赞女士表示也不反感，她觉得中国的学生十分尊重老师，这是她十分欣赏的品质。教育不仅是书本上的还有社会实践和生活体验等，例如打暑期工，去实现独立自主，不依赖他人，努力争做一个对社会有贡献的人。
Israel is the most successful country in the world for education. Even though Israel is a small country, it has the largest number of Yale University alumni in the Middle East. CounselorPerrisaid thatIsrael attaches great importance on education. The reason why Israeli people are smart is because they constantly ask questions. Just like you asked me so many questions today. Furthermore, Israel alsofocuses on children’s experience and encouragement of learning from each other. CounselorPerri felt that Chinese students have great respect for the teachers, which she admired the quality. Education is not only from books but also from social practice and life experience, such as summer jobs or volunteer works. Students can achieve independence and strive to make valuablecontributions to the society.
小记者们对以色列大使馆的采访非常满意，采访在非常愉快的气氛中进行，1个多小时时间，小记者们已经和裴俐参赞成为了朋友，小记者向裴俐参赞赠送礼物，共同祝愿：中以友谊万古长青。
The interview went quickly with joyful atmosphere. One hour after, the junior journalists already become the good friends of CounselorPerri. They presented their homemade gifts to her and wish the everlasting friendship between China and Israel will be continued in the future!
