（中外新闻社 中外新闻网记者 陈熹 马澜 班晓旭）2022年11月18日晚, 中外新闻社大使俱乐部在北京举行斯洛伐克共和国驻华大使杜尚•贝拉阁下离任欢送晚宴。亚美尼亚共和国驻华大使谢尔盖•马纳萨良阁下、乌拉圭东岸共和国驻华大使费尔南多•卢格里斯阁下、牙买加驻华大使丘伟基阁下、贝宁共和国驻华大使西蒙•阿多韦兰德阁下、摩尔多瓦共和国驻华大使杜米特鲁•贝拉基什及中外新闻社总裁韦燕、外交部前副部长助理马德强、国家卫健委官员张庆民等中方贵宾出席。
On the evening of November 18, 2022, Home and Abroad News Press Ambassador Club held a farewell banquet for Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to China H.E. Dusan Bella’s leaving China. Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to China H.E. Mr. Sergey Manassarian, Ambassador of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay to China, H.E. Mr. Fernando Lugris, Ambassador of Jamaica to China H.E. Mr. Antonia Hugh, Ambassador of the Republic of Benin H.E. Mr. Simon P. Adovelande, Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova H.E. Mr. Dumitru Braghis as well as President of Home and Abroad News Press Mrs. Wei Yan, the Assistant to the former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Ma Deqiang, the official of the National Health Commission Mr. Zhang Qingmin and other Chinese guests attended the dinner together.

韦燕说, 我们今晚的主人杜尚•贝拉阁下毕业于捷克理工大学核科学和物理工程学专业, 后取得澳大利亚斯威本科技大学工商管理研究生证书。曾担任斯洛伐克外交部经济外交司和欧洲政策司司长。2017年03月17日在北京人民大会堂向中国国家主席习近平递呈国书, 正式成为斯洛伐克驻华大使, 同时还担任斯洛伐克驻华蒙古大使和斯洛伐克驻华朝鲜大使。
She said that Ambassador Dusan Bella graduated in Nuclear Science and Physical Engineering from the Czech Technical University and later obtained a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Swinburne University of Technology in Australia. He also served as the Director of Economic Diplomacy Department and European Policy Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Slovakia, and officially became Ambassador of Slovakia to China on March 17, 2017, when he presented his credentials to Chinese President Xi Jinping at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. He also acted as Ambassador of Slovakia to Mongolia and DPRK.
在任期间, 杜尚•贝拉为促进中斯各领域合作、增进两国人民友谊和互信做了大量卓有成效工作, 为捍卫双方正当合法权益、维护国际公平正义做出重要贡献。两国关系的民意和社会基础得到进一步加强, 这凝聚着大使阁下的心血, 他为促进中斯、中欧关系发展做出了重要贡献。
During his term in China, Ambassador Dusan Bella has done tremendous work to promote China-Slovak cooperation in various fields and enhance friendship and mutual trust between the two peoples, and have made important contributions to safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of both sides and upholding international justice and equity. The public and social foundations of the relationship between the two countries have been further strengthened, which also includes his remarkable contributions to China-Slovakia and China-EU relationships.
韦燕回忆说, 杜尚•贝拉阁下2017年到中国就任斯洛伐克驻华大使时, 就同中外新闻社结下不解之缘, 杜尚•贝拉还担任中外新闻社大使俱乐部的荣誉主席, 6年来, 中外新闻社高层和大使及夫人一同到过中国很多城市考察、观光, 到过温州、成都、长沙、汕头、广州、东莞、上海等城市, 一路上, 我们领略中国的大好河山、品尝各地的美食、互动各族的风土人情,享受旅途的愉悦!这一切好像还发生在昨天, 历历在目, 令人难忘, 现在大使和夫人要离任回国, 我们非常舍不得, 我相信, 6年在中国这片土地给他们留下许多的美好的回忆。让我们祝福他们：回国顺利, 一路平安, 记得回来的路：中国—是你们的第二个家！你是中国人民的好朋友、老朋友, 也是真朋友。
She also remembered that when Ambassador Dusan Bella arrived in China in 2017, he started a destined relationship with Home and Abroad News Press, and then become the Honorary President of Home and Abroad News Press Ambassadors Club. In the past six years, the senior executives of Home and Abroad News Press have visited many cities in China with the Ambassador and his wife, including Wenzhou, Chengdu, Changsha, Shantou, Guangzhou, Dongguan, Shanghai and other places. Along the way, we have enjoyed the great sceneries of China, tasted delicious local cuisine, interacted with the customs and traditions of various ethnic groups in China. All of those wonderful trips seem happened yesterday. Now the Ambassador and his wife are leaving China and we are very sad to lose their company. Let's wish them good luck and a safe journey back home, and they are always welcomed to come back because China is your home away from home! You are a good friend, old friend and true friend of Chinese people.

杜尚•贝拉说, 我作为斯洛伐克共和国驻华大使的任期将于下周结束。在中国度过了将近六年成果丰硕、饶有趣味的时光, 我将回到斯洛伐克外交部工作。正如人们常说的：“善始固然不易,善终尤为难得”。我和我的夫人尤金尼亚将带着丰富的知识、无数的美好回忆、许多难忘的经历以及我们在这里和许多朋友结下的友谊离开中国。
He said that My mission as Ambassador of Slovakia to China will end next week. After almost six fruitful and interesting years in China, I am to return to Foreign Ministry in Slovak capital - Bratislava. It is said, that “Great is the art of beginning, but greater is the art of ending”. Me and my dear wife Eugenia are leaving China enriched with a great amount of knowledge, thousands of wonderful memories, many unforgettable experiences and lot of new friends and friendships that we have made during our stay here.

He also expressed that Eugenia and I will certainly cherish the memories of China - a land of multicultural richness, natural diversity, great business opportunities and enormous human potential, which, if managed well, can create immense opportunities for the Chinese people as well as for the world.
