（中外新闻社 中外新闻网记者 鹏里）2023年6月18日，受中外新闻社总裁韦燕邀请，斯里兰卡驻华大使帕利塔•科霍纳博士阁下前往位于北京东四八条胡同四合院的中外新闻社大使俱乐部外交接待中心举行会谈，宾主双方和企业家汇聚一堂，叙谈友谊、合作，美酒、美食、美景……相聚“京城谷雨之夜”，用爱点亮云端，中外友谊之花今晚格外璀璨，这是中外新闻社大使俱乐部外交接待中心第二次开门迎客，斯里兰卡驻华大使帕利塔•科霍纳博士是第二位访客大使。
On June 18, 2023, invited by President of Home and Abroad News Press Mrs. Wei Yan, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to ChinaH.E. Dr. Palitha Kohonavisited Home and Abroad News Press Ambassadors Club Diplomatic Reception Center, located in the courtyard on DongsiBatiao Lane in Beijing, for a private meeting between the diplomats and the entrepreneurs. Ambassador Palitha Kohonawas the second ambassador guest to this newly opened reception center.
韦燕总裁热情欢迎大使的到来，音响传出的古筝音乐悠扬、回荡在四合院庭院里，桌上的茶韵飘香，在浓浓的中华文化气息中，斯里兰卡驻华大使帕利塔•科霍纳博士对四合院建筑颇感兴趣，与知名企业家--三个苹果果业集团董事长吴康、世界共赢投资控股有限公司董事局主席余勇、中外新闻社执行社长刘登臣、国际项目部副总监鹏里等友好交流。原外交部副部长助理马德强会见时在座。

吴康董事长详细的向斯里兰卡驻华大使帕利塔•科霍纳博士交流了三个苹果果业集团的发展情况：2022年，三个苹果浓缩汁苹果汁出口10万吨，产值15亿。位于山西孝义的三个苹果（山西）果蔬汁有限公司，是亚洲第一大饮料加工厂，占地300亩，日产饮料可达100万罐（瓶），总投资27亿人民币。根据斯里兰卡地理气候和优质果树栽培情况，吴康董事长拟选择到斯里兰卡投资建厂，帕利塔•科霍纳大使表示支持，并说可以以斯里兰卡政府名义给他发邀请函。
Chairman Wu Kang made a detailed introduction about Three Apples Fruit Industry Group to Sri Lankan Ambassador to China Dr. Palitha Kohona: In 2022, Three Apples concentrate apple juice was exported 100,000 tons with an output value of 1.5billion RMB. Located in Xiaoyi, Shanxi, Three Apples (Shanxi) Fruit and Vegetable Juice Co., Ltd. is the largest beverage processing plant in Asia, covering an area of 300 acres, with a daily production capacity of up to 1 million cans (bottles) of beverage with a total investment of 2.7billion RMB. According to the geographical climate and high-quality fruit tree cultivation in Sri Lanka, Chairman Wu Kang proposed to choose to invest in Sri Lanka to build a juice factory, and Ambassador Palitha Kohona expressed his support and said he could send him an invitation letter in the name of the Sri Lankan government.
帕利塔•科霍纳大使说，我们和中国有着多年的友好关系，1957年两国建立了外交关系，我们坚定地支持一个中国政策。在国际论坛上，我们支持中国，中国也支持我们。在发展方面，斯里兰卡是获得中国帮助最多的国家，比如汉班托塔港口项目都是由中国投资兴建的。中国几乎在各领域都给了我们帮助。
Ambassador Palitha Kohona said that we have had friendly relations with China for many years, diplomatic relations were established between the two countries in 1957. We firmly support the One-China policy. In international forums, we support China and China supports us. In terms of development, Sri Lanka is the country that has received the most help from China, for example, the Hambantota port project was all built with Chinese investment. China has given us help in almost every field.
帕利塔•科霍纳是一名经验丰富的外交官，在联合国工作长达15年，具有优秀的全球环境治理领导力。在加入联合国之前，科霍纳曾经在澳大利亚外交和贸易部工作。1988年他率领澳大利亚代表团出席联合国贸易和发展会议（UNCTAD）贸易和发展理事会，可见帕利塔•科霍纳大使在斯里兰卡有着举足轻重的地位。为此，帕利塔•科霍纳大使表示愿意全力以赴支持吴康董事长在斯里兰卡实现他的愿望。
Dr. Palitha Kohona is an experienced diplomat with 15 years' experience at the United Nations and excellent leadership in global environmental governance. Prior to joining the UN, he worked in the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and he led the Australian delegation to the Trade and Development Council of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in 1988, demonstrating the importance of Ambassador Palitha Kohona's role in Sri Lanka. For this reason, Ambassador Palitha Kohona expressed his willingness to fully support Chairman Wu Kang to realize his future plan in Sri Lanka.
