（中外新闻社 中外新闻网记者 胡树萌 齐欢）9月12日晚上, 中外新闻社总裁韦燕应巴基斯坦驻华大使莫因•哈克阁下(H.E.Moin Ul Haque) 邀请, 同各国大使在北京出席巴基斯坦国防日庆祝活动。应邀出席的主礼贵宾是中国第二十届中央委员、海军中将胡中明, 还有各国外交使团成员, 中国政府代表和媒体记者。
On the evening of September 12th, invited by Ambassador of Pakistan to China H.E. Moin Ul Haque, President of Home and Abroad News Press Mrs. Wei Yan and many foreign ambassadors attended the Pakistan's National Defense Day Celebration in Beijing. The guest of honor was Vice Admiral of the Chinese Navy Mr. Hu Zhongming, as well as members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of the Chinese government and journalists.
巴基斯坦驻华大使莫因•哈克阁下致辞。他说, 58年前, 巴基斯坦武装部队奋起抵御未经宣战就开始的突袭, 用鲜血和汗水书写了勇气与信念的新篇章。国与国的关系应当建立在相互尊重、相互信任、相互合作的基础之上, 内外和平始终是巴基斯坦外交政策的指导原则。面对前所未有的全球性挑战, 巴中全天候战略合作伙伴关系是国家间关系的优秀典范。巴中建交72年来, 包括两军合作交流在内的各领域合作日益紧密, 两军开展高科技装备联合生产和联演联训, 结下了深厚友谊, 建立了合作纽带。巴中友好关系是维护地区和平和世界稳定的重要因素, 两国人民积极互动, 民间交流成果丰硕。我愿重申：我们决心继续谱写巴中友谊史诗, 巴方将继续同中方及国际社会一道, 为实现建设和平美好世界的共同目标和愿景而努力。
H.E. Moin Ul Haque, Ambassador of Pakistan to China, delivered a welcome speech. He said that 58 years ago, the Pakistani armed forces rose up against an undeclared war and wrote a new chapter of courage and conviction with blood and sweat. Relations between nations should be based on mutual respect, trust and cooperation, and peace at home and abroad has always been the guiding principle of Pakistan's foreign policy. With the unprecedented global challenges, the Pakistan-China all-weather strategic partnership is an excellent example of inter-state relations. Over the past 72 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and China, cooperation in various fields, including cooperation and exchanges between the two militaries, has become increasingly close, with the two militaries carrying out joint production of high-tech equipment and joint exercises and training, forging a deep friendship and establishing a bond of cooperation. The friendly relations between Pakistan and China are an important factor in maintaining regional peace and world stability, and the people of the two countries have interacted positively with each other in fruitful civilian exchanges. I would like to reiterate our determination to continue developing the Pakistan and China’s friendship, and we will continue to work with China and the international community to realize our common goal and vision of building a peaceful and better world.
会上, 中外新闻社总裁韦燕同巴基斯坦驻华大使莫因•哈克阁下进行友好交流, 为贯彻落实党和国家关于发展中巴友谊的方针政策, 积极开展文化交流活动, 促进两国人民民心相通。在中巴建交70年之际, 中外新闻社同巴基斯坦驻华大使馆联合举办了“庆祝中巴建交70年--两国艺术家作品展览”, 新冠疫情期间, 中外新闻社更是责无旁贷, 第一时间两次向巴基斯坦捐赠口罩、医用防护服等防疫物资, 彰显了两国人民比山高、比海深、比蜜甜的传统友谊。
During the meeting, the President of Home and Abroad News Press Mrs. Wei Yan had a friendly exchange with the Ambassador of Pakistan to China, H.E. Moin Ul Haque, both agreed that in order to implement the guidelines and policies of the Party and the State on the development of China and Pakistan’s friendship, and to actively carry out cultural exchanges and promote the mutual understanding between the two countries. On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Pakistan, Home and Abroad News Press had jointly organized the "Celebration of 70 Years of Diplomatic Relations – the Art Exhibition of China and Pakistan" with the Embassy of Pakistan in China. During the COVID 19 Pandemic period, Home and Abroad News Press made timely donations of medical masks, medical protective clothing and other anti-epidemic materials to Pakistan twice, which showed the traditional friendship between the two countries that is higher than the mountains, deeper than the sea, and sweeter than the honey.
当今国际风云变幻, 巴中传统友谊历久弥新, 两国在彼此关切的重大问题上相互支持, 是全天候的朋友。祝愿巴中友谊迈向新的台阶。
