克罗地亚共和国位于欧洲东南部，被誉为“地中海的明珠”。克罗地亚是一个发达的资本主义国家。经济以第三产业为主，第二产业为副，旅游业是国家经济的重要组成部分，克罗地亚经济基础良好，旅游、建筑、造船和制药等产业发展水平较高。近日，中外新闻社高层有幸拜会克罗地亚驻华大使奈博伊沙•科哈罗维奇阁下。
    The Republic of Croatia is located in South-eastern Europe, known as the “Pearl of the Mediterranean”. Croatia is a developed capitalist country. Its economy is mainly based on the service sector, and the industrial sector is secondary. Tourism is an important component of the national economy, Croatia has strong economic foundation and advanced development in many areas, such as tourism, construction, shipbuilding and pharmaceutical. Recently, the senior executives of Home and Abroad News Press had an interview with the Croatian Ambassador to China, H.E. Mr. NebojsaKoharovic.

    “大使阁下你好！2015年10月，中国国家主席习近平欢迎克罗地亚总统基塔罗维奇访华。两国元首一致同意，着力挖掘双方各领域合作潜力，提升中克全面合作伙伴关系。作为克罗地亚驻华大使，请问您将如何在你的任期内继续推动中国和克罗地亚关系健康向前发展？为两国关系发展注入新动力？”中外新闻社韦燕总裁与科哈罗维奇大使谈道。
    “Hello Mr. Ambassador. In October 2015, Chinese President Xi Jinping welcomed Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovićto Beijing for her state visit. The two leaders agreed to further deepen cooperation in various sectors to enhance the all-round cooperative partnership between China and Croatia. As the Croatian Ambassador to China, how would you continue to promote a healthy relationship between the two countriesduring your tenure?” Mrs. Wei Yan asked the ambassador.

    大使一边拿着克罗地亚总统基塔罗维奇访华时的照片，一边说：“这次两国元首会晤的意义重大，因为双方领导人都把经贸领域合作视为重点，这正是我们目前关注的焦点。也是克中两国关系全新的开始。”大使先生曾担任克罗地亚外交部副部长、克罗地亚驻俄罗斯大使等重要职务，是一位出色的外交官和政治家，对未来将如何继续推动中国和克罗地亚关系健康向前发展？科哈罗维奇大使谈到，现在中国是如此强大的一个国家人人都想和中国做生意。“一带一路”是中国向国际社会提出的一项全新倡议引发广泛关注，“一带一路”沿线中东欧地区共有16个国家，克罗地亚位于欧洲中南部，在“一带一路”沿线上，港口地理位置优越，我本人和克罗地亚政府都认为，“一带一路”倡议不是一个国家、一个地区的事情，而是一种关涉欧亚整体的方案。
    While holding the photo of Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovićvisiting China, the ambassador said that: “This meeting of the two heads of state has major significance,because the two leaders agreed to emphasize more in economic and trade cooperation between the two countries, that is currently the focus of our attention and it is the new beginning in our bilateral relations.” As the former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Croatia, the Croatian Ambassador to Russia, Mr. NebojsaKoharovic is an outstanding diplomat and politician. To express his ideas to promote China and Croatia’s relationship in the future, he said that China is so powerful that many countries and people want to do business with China. “One Belt and One Road” is a new initiative China proposed to the international community with huge global influence. “One Belt and One Road” roadmap connects 16 countries in the Central-Eastern Europe, and Croatia is located in South-central Europe. On that roadmap, Croatia has favorable geographic advantage. I personally believe that the Croatian government will not only value “One Belt and One Road” initiative as a national or regional plan, but also a blueprint to connect Asia and Europe with closer partnerships.

    科哈罗维奇大使谈到，我认为“一带一路”会带来双赢的局面，中克两国元首会谈达成共识，中国海口---波兰的海岸线，可以从克罗地亚转到欧洲国家，我们真正要思考的是如何最大化地发挥“一带一路”这个平台的作用，带给沿线国家最多的机会。我想大多数关心本国经济未来的国家都会拥抱这一倡议，克罗地亚已经在这么做了。
    Ambassador NebojsaKoharovicspoke more about the strategic initiative: “I think ‘One Belt and One Road’ initiative will create a win-win situation. The two heads of state reached a consensus to open a marine traffic line from Haikou, China to Poland. The goods can go through Croatia to other European countries. We really have to think about how to maximize the value of the “One Belt and One Road” platform so that it can bring more opportunities to the countries along way. I think many countries who concerned about their own economies will embrace this initiative, as Croatia has already started the collaboration.

    科哈罗维奇大使谈到，我觉得中东欧国家对这一倡议尤其积极。即将欧亚两个大陆联系在一起，将经济上的机遇、还有人文交流方面的项目都联系到一起。克罗地亚对某些方面特别感兴趣，一个是“互联互通”包括交通、贸易平台、能源平台，为整个地区经济注入活力。我们也希望能够加强在中国市场上的存在。
    Ambassador NebojsaKoharoviccontinued, I think the Central-Eastern European countries has been positively reacted to for this initiative. With the geographic connection in the Eurasian continent, more economic opportunities and cultural exchanges will be linked together through this platform. Croatia particularly interested in certain aspects, one is the “interoperability model” including transportation, trade platforms and energy exchangesto add more momentum to the regional economy. We also hope to strengthen our presence in the Chinese market.

    中国经济的飞速发展，产生了很多中产阶级。韦燕总裁希望克罗地亚能向中国提供高质量的食品、奶制品、饮料等，科哈罗维奇大使表示赞同，此外，大使先生还在联系中国很多大企业，期待在港口建设方面进行合作。
    With the rapid development of China's economy, the middle class has been expanding very quickly. Mrs. Wei Yan wished to see more high-quality food, dairy products and beverages from Croatia. The ambassador agreed, and he expected more cooperation in port construction and transportation between China and Croatia.

    克罗地亚是中欧国家，拥有地中海最现代的海滩。开车去维也纳只用三、四个小时。整个中欧，整个欧洲大陆最富庶的国家就在他们的家门口。克罗地亚的旅游业主要来自周边国家德国、奥地利、匈牙利、捷克等等。旅游业是克罗地亚的支柱产业，该行业收入占其国内生产总值的五分之一左右；另一方面，中国是目前世界第一大出境旅游市场和第一大出境旅游消费国，市场潜力巨大。科哈罗维奇大使说：“对于克罗地亚，中国市场至关重要。今年吸引中国游客6万人前往克罗地亚旅游。”
    Croatia is a country in Central Europewith the most modern beachesin Mediterranean. It only takes couple hours to drive to Vienna. All rich European countries are neighboring with Croatia. Its tourism industry is mainly supported by the neighboring countries, such as Germany, Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic and so on. Croatian tourism is a pillar industry in its economy, and the tourism revenue is accounted for about one-fifth of its GDP total; on the other hand, China is the world's largest outbound tourism market and the largest consumer of global tourism market, the market potential is unmeasurable. Ambassador NebojsaKoharovicsaid: “The Chinese market is essential to Croatia. We hope to attract at least 60,000 Chinese tourists this year to Croatia.”

    科哈罗维奇大使还介绍说，克罗地亚有5所孔子学院，孔子学院在传播中国文化、促进克中两国人民相互了解与交流方面迈出了积极的一步。科哈罗维奇表示：中国的崛起，和每一个人都有关系。
    Ambassador NebojsaKoharovicalso introduced that there are five Confucius Institutes in Croatia. The Confucius Institute plays a positive role in spreading Chinese culture, promoting civic exchanges and mutual understanding between the two.Ambassador NebojsaKoharovic said that China’s growth has profound influence to everyone.
