赞比亚位于非洲中南部的内陆国家。今年4月，响应中赞两国元首会谈达成的共识：双方要扩大文化、教育、新闻媒体等领域合作，为此，“见证友谊”中外新闻社2013暑期访问外国驻华使领馆小记者团8月8日应邀采访赞比亚驻华使馆，赞比亚驻华使馆新闻官那布拉先生接受小记者采访。
Zambia, a landlocked country, is located in the South Central Africa. In April this year, to response the consensus achieved by the leaders of China and Zambia, the two countries should expand the cooperation in culture, education, news media and other areas. “Witness Friendship” 2013 Summer Home & Abroad News Press Junior Journalist Delegation visited the Zambia Embassy in China, the Press Officer of Zambia Embassy Mr. Alhambra kindly accepted our interview.
小记者正式采访前，那布拉先生请小记者们观看赞比亚宣传片，看完后，那布拉邀请两位小记者上台，在很大的一张英文版世界地图上分别找出中国和赞比亚，范德辰和张雅云两位小记者很快地在地图上找到中国和赞比亚，那布拉说，大家知道，中国和赞比亚距离很远，但是两国来往密切，7月份，我们政府已经邀请你们中外新闻社总编辑韦燕女士访问赞比亚，我们也非常欢迎小记者到赞比亚采访。
Before the interview, Mr. Alhambra invited the junior journalists to watch a publicity film about Zambia. Then, he asked two journalists came to stage to find China and Zambia on a world map. Fan Dechen and Zhang Yayun found the two countries quickly. Mr. Alhambra said that as we all know, China and Zambia are far away in distance, but the two countries are closely connected. In July, our government invited the Chief Editor of Home and Abroad News Press Mrs. Wei Yan to visit Zambia in person. In the future, we also welcome the junior journalists to our country for visit and interview.
“赞比亚是个美丽的国家，每一年吸引了数以万计的各国游客。请您谈谈赞比亚如何在中国拓展旅游市场？”小记者问。
“Zambia is a beautiful and popular tourism country and it attracts millions of visitors every year around the world. In your opinions, how will Zambia promote its tourism industry in China in the future?
“2004年，赞比亚正式成为中国公民旅游目的地国家。今年9月份，我们分别在中国北京、广州、上海举行旅游推广会，10月份第20届联合国世界旅游组织大会在赞比亚举行，我们借助各种机会向中国和世界推介赞比亚旅游。我想告诉你们的是，到赞比亚旅游这时气候最为舒适，维多利亚瀑布正值水量充沛，是观赏的好时节。到那里，你可以乘坐直升机观赏瀑布，也可以玩蹦极。”那布拉先生说。
“In 2004, Zambia officially became a tourist destination country for Chinese citizens. In September this year, we will organize tourism promotion events in Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shanghai. In October, the 20th the United Nations World Tourism Organization General Assembly will be held in Zambia. We are utilizing all channels to promote Zambia’s tourism to China and the world. What I want to tell you is that right now is the best time to travel to Zambia where the climate is the most comfortable and the Vitoria falls just got plenty of water, it is the best time to enjoy there. You can take the helicopter to watch the waterfalls and even try bungee jumping.” Mr. Alhambra told us.

小记者关心地问：“据了解，赞比亚是世界最不发达国家之一,但你们国家有很多野生动物，请问你们的国民会拿那些可爱的野生动物去销售赚钱维持生活吗？”
Junior journalists continued the question: “Zambia is one of the least developed countries in the world with a lot of wild animal, will people there take those lovely wild animals and sell them to earn living?”
“赞比亚是南部非洲国家，当地野生动植物资源丰富，赞比亚政府要求停止销售野生动物，并表示在对狩猎者的执照严格审查。”那布拉先生回答。
“Zambia is a country in Southern Africa with great reserves of wild animals and plants, the government of Zambia forbade the sale of wild animals and post very strict regulation on receiving hunting permits and licenses.” answered by Mr. Alhambra.
“我想问：赞比亚国家的学生学习辛苦吗？他们除了正常的学习外，业余时间是否需要干一些活补贴学费和生活费？”小记者问。
“I would like to ask: are Zambian students studying hard? Besides their normal study, do they have to work to earn some money for tuition fees and living expenses?” another junior journalist asked.
那布拉先生说，大部分家庭的小孩子放学后都去打工，而且赞比亚1100万人口中有7.5万多名街头儿童，而且这一数字还在继续上升。造成这一现象的原因是艾滋病的蔓延和贫困的加剧。
Mr. Alhambra said: most children have to work after school. There are more than 75,000 children living in the streets in the total population of 11 million in Zambia, and this number continues to rise. This phenomenon is caused by the spread of AIDS and the exacerbation of poverty.
小记者们还就非洲儿童生活状况、教育程度、大学毕业后就业情况等问题采访了那布拉先生。身材高大、幽默而博学的那布拉先生在接受采访时很快赢得小记者们的好感，临别时，小记者们向那布拉先生赠送自己精心准备的礼物，祝福那布拉先生在中国工作、生活愉快。
The junior journalists also talked about African children's living conditions, education, and post-graduation employment status during the interview with Mr. Alhambra. This tall, humor and intelligent officer was well liked by all junior journalists during the interview. Before leaving the embassy, the junior journalists presented their gifts to Mr. Alhambra and wish him a happy life in china.
