1949年10月5日，在新中国诞生的第五天，位于中东欧的罗马尼亚与中国建立了外交关系。回顾两国即将64年的建交历程，友谊和合作始终是中罗关系的主旋律。8月8日，“见证友谊”中外新闻社2013暑期访问外国驻华使领馆小记者团采访罗马尼亚驻华使馆，罗马尼亚驻华大使多鲁•罗穆卢斯•科斯泰亚先生和新闻官Adrian Lupeanu先生在官邸会见中外新闻社总裁韦燕率领的中外新闻社小记者团全体团员。
On October 5th 1949, the fifth day after the birth of New China, Romania, an Eastern European country, established diplomatic relations with China. In the 64 years of history of the diplomatic relations between the two countries, friendship and cooperation have always been the key focuses. On August 8th, "Witness Friendship" 2013 Summer Home & Abroad News Press Junior Journalist Delegation went to the Romanian Embassy in China and interviewed the Ambassador H.E. Mr. Doru Romulus Costea and the Press Officer Mr. Adrian Lupeanu.
Lupeanu先生首先带小记者在使馆大厅观看罗马尼亚宣传片，然后向小记者分别提出问题，小记者们一一回答，并获得Adrian Lupeanu先生赠送的礼物。
Mr. Lupeanu first showed a promotion video of Romania to the junior journalists, and then answered many questions from them. At the end of the session, he also presented gifts to all of the delegation members.
小记者整齐地座在会议厅，等待大使的会见。不一会，大使先生走进来与小记者们打招呼：“非常欢迎中国的小记者来罗马尼亚大使馆采访，我很愿意回答小记者们的问题。”
The junior journalists were waiting for the interview with the ambassador at the meeting room. Just a while, Mr. Ambassador came in and said hello to all of us. He said: “Warmly welcome the Chinese junior journalists to the Embassy of Romania! It is my pleasure to answer any questions you may have.”
多鲁•罗穆卢斯•科斯泰亚大使在正式接受采访之前，首先介绍中罗传统友谊的历史和两国关系发展现状，强调中罗两国关系的平稳发展是几代领导人亲手培育和推动的结果，希望小记者争做促进罗中关系发展的友好使者。
Before the interview, Ambassador Doru Romulus Costea introduced the history of the friendly relations between China and Romanian and the development status of two countries. He pointed out that the successful relationship was created and maintained by several generations of leaders of the two countries. He hoped the junior journalists will become friendship messengers between China and Romania so that this precious relationship can grow stronger.

小记者问：“大使先生你好！每一个中国人都知道，罗马尼亚与中国的友好关系是非常牢固、是全天候的，你认为，我们两国的青少年将如何传承和保持这种宝贵的友谊长期发展？”
Junior journalists asked: “Good morning, Mr. Ambassador! Every Chinese knows that Romania and China have enjoyed a strong and all-weather friendship for numerous decades. In your opinion, how will the young people of the two countries maintain this precious heritage and further develop this long-term friendship?”
大使先生说，罗马尼亚和中国友谊源远流长，深入人心。在新时期，两国青少年加强交流对罗中关系长远发展具有重要意义。两国青少年要举行丰富多彩的文体活动，放飞友谊和梦想，欢迎更多的中国学生和青少年来罗马尼亚学习、交流。希望两国青少年接过历史接力棒，将罗中友好世代相传。
Mr. Ambassador said, the relationship between China and Romanian has a long history, and it is deeply rooted in people’s hearts. In this new era, it is very important to enhance the youth exchange to promote the long-term development relationship between two countries. The teenagers of the two counties will have a variety of activities to interact with each other. We welcome more Chinese students to study and exchange in Romania, and hope they play an important role to maintain the historical friendly relations between two countries generation to generation.
“罗马尼亚大使馆每年5月举行的开放日，让中国的民众有机会体验罗马尼亚风情，品尝罗马尼亚美酒、美食，感受罗马尼亚音乐和文化等。请问，罗马尼亚最具特色的文化是什么？”小记者希望知道罗马尼亚的文化。
“Romanian Embassy hosts the Open Day in May every year to offer unique opportunity to Chinese people to experience Romanian music and culture, to taste Romanian wine and gourmets. We would like to know what the most distinctive Romanian culture is?” we asked.
“罗马尼亚的现代城市文明、丰富的传统文化在这么短的时间是介绍不完的，罗马尼亚民族特色的文化包括《斯特凡大公》、《勇敢的米哈依》等一系列罗马尼亚现当代经典影片。请你们亲自到罗马尼亚国家，感受现代、生动、富有魅力的‘新罗马尼亚’印象”。
“It is not impossible to introduce the Romanian modern urban civilization and rich traditional culture in such a short time, you may watch some Romanian classic films, such as ‘Stefan cel Mare’, ‘Michael the Brave’ and other ones to learn more about the Romanian culture. You are very welcome to go to the country too and personally feel the modern, vivid and glamorous cultures of Romania.”
在与小记者的对话中，大使先生希望尽快开通罗马尼亚首都和中国北京的飞行直航线路，他重点介绍罗马尼亚旅游，东北部参观特色的教堂建筑，中部参观各时期建造的教堂和城堡。还有养生观光，农家自由行，酒庄体验团罗马尼亚，国家酿酒历史500年以上，其次还有滑雪团等。
During the interview, Mr. Ambassador expressed his hope to open the direct flight between Bucharest and Beijing. He also introduced Romania’s tourism with great emphasis, particularly the special church architectures in the northeast and the churches and castles in the central part of Romania. Moreover, there are different types of travel packages, like health spa trips, farm trips and winery trips. Of course, there is skiing tours as well in the beautiful resorts during the winter time.
小记者团年龄最小的记者吕馨雅问大使：“请问大使先生到过中国的哪些城市？”当大使先生说去过广州、重庆、天津、青岛等城市时，吕馨雅问大使：“那么你没有去过山西的城市，我在北京读书，我的老家在山西，我想邀请你去玩一趟。”大使很开心：“好啊，我一定去山西省的城市，我等着你给我发邀请。”引得全场小记者报以热烈地掌声。
The youngest journalist in the delegation Lv xinya asked “Which cities have you been in China, Mr. Ambassador?” When Mr. Ambassador said he had been Guangzhou, Tianjin, Qingdao and many other cities, she asked again “Have you been any cities in Shanxi? I have studied in Beijing, but my hometown is in Shanxi. I want to invite you to Shanxi.” Mr. Ambassador joyfully answered: “Sure, I would like to go to your home town. I’m waiting for your invitation!” at that moment, laugh and joy were full of the meeting room.
多鲁•罗穆卢斯•科斯泰亚大使还就罗马尼亚国旗的颜色、如何到罗马尼亚留学等回答了小记者们的提问。采访结束，小记者们把自己准备的小礼物赠送大使先生，同时也得到大使先生回赠的礼物。 多鲁•罗穆卢斯•科斯泰亚大使小记者们充分利用这次学习机会，努力将中罗友谊的接力棒传承下去，为实现世界和平与发展的梦想做出努力。
Mr. Ambassador also answered many questions about the colors of Romanian national flag, how to study abroad in Romanian and other questions. At the end of interview, junior journalists presented their handmade gifts to Mr. Ambassador and also received gifts from him as well. Mr. Ambassador wished the junior journalists enjoyed this learning experience and study hard to become a friendship messenger in the future for China and Romania.
