【中外新闻网记者韦燕卞沁魏慧凡小记者刘凯婷】备受瞩目的2015意大利米兰世博会5月1日隆重开幕。本届世博会以“滋养地球，生命的能源”为主题，聚焦农业、粮食和食品，共有145个国家、3个国际组织和13个非政府组织参展，在为期半年的展期里预计将吸引2000万世界各国观众。经米兰世界博览会组委会审核批准，中外新闻社记者于8月16日至8月23日赴意大利采访。
The world’s eye-attracting event Expo Milano 2015 officially started on May 1st in Milano, Italy. The EXPO theme this year is “Feeding the earth, Energy for Life”, and it focuses on agriculture, food supplies and food security. 145 countries, 3 international organizations and 13 non-government originations are participating this EXPO. More than 20 million of visitors around the world will be visiting the Expo Park during the 6-month exhibition. Approved by the Organizing Committee and the Media Centre of the Milano Expo, Home and Abroad News Press journalists went to Italy for exclusive interviews between August 16th and 23rd.

米兰世博会展期为5月1日至10月31日，是继2010年上海世博会之后的综合型国际博览会，有148个国家和国际组织参展。“可持续”与“创新”理念贯穿主题。意大利总理伦齐在5月1日的世博会开幕式上发表讲话，表示希望世博会能够振兴意大利的未来发展。
The Expo Milano 2015 runs from May 1st to October 31st. It is an international comprehensive exhibition after Expo Shanghai 2010. A total of 148 countries and organizations are joining this global event. “Sustainability” and “Innovation” throughout the core concept of this Expo. The Italian Prime Minister said on the opening ceremony on May 1st that he wishes this Expo will boost and promote Italy for better future development.

本届世博会还下设七大副主题，分别是食品与粮食供应、农业与生物多样性、食品供应链、餐食教育、食品与生活、食品与文化、食品的合作发展等，旨在探寻为全球提供充足、优质、健康和可持续发展的食品保障，寻找合理利用资源、保护环境、滋养人类、反哺地球的有效途径，在人类与自然发展中寻找平衡。
There are seven sub-themes for the Expo this year: food and food supplies, agriculture and biology diversity, food supply chains, food education, food and living, food and culture, collaboration on food development etc. All themes aim to explore the food security issues for global food supply sufficiency, quality and health food supplies as well as sustainable development models. All countries should utilize reusable resources, protect environments, nourish mankind and the earth with more efficient methodologies so that we can achieve and maintain the balance between the human society and the nature.

米兰世博园区总面积达百万平米，东道国意大利国家馆很受关注。意大利馆占地面积达13000平米，设计理念为“城市森林”，构造复杂巧妙。
The EXPO Park is about one million square meters. The host country, the Italy Pavilion, received the most attentions. The Italy Pavilion is about 13 thousand square meters with the concept of “Urban Forest” and a complex yet amazing structure.
