入选理由：艾哈麦德先生担任孟加拉驻华大使4年多时间，在他的积极推动下，中孟两国在经贸、文化、科技、教育等各领域合作成效显著，2010年中孟两国贸易额突破50亿美元，给两国人民带来了实实在在的利益，也为本地区和平、稳定与发展发挥了积极作用。
Reason for selection: Mr. Munshi Faiz Ahmad has been the ambassador to China for more than four years. With his dedication and active promotion, China and Bangladesh achieved significant cooperation growth in many fields. The bilateral trades reached $5 billion USD level in 2010, which provided direct benefits to the people in both countries. Also, further support to the regional economic activities and peace development.
