塔吉克斯坦共和国外交部副部长、驻华大使达夫拉特佐达阁下，一直以来都在为中塔战略伙伴关系发展所作出重要贡献，中塔双方政治互信日益巩固，相互支持不断加强，各领域合作深入开展，成为名副其实的好邻居、好朋友、好伙伴。达夫拉特佐达曾任上海合作组织秘书长，推动双方在上海合作组织框架内开展的卓有成效合作。其次，塔吉克斯驻华大使馆成功的实施了为中国公民发放新版电子签证，准备赴塔旅游或者从事商务活动的中国公民可以直接在线申请电子签证。贸易方面：2016年1-8月中国和塔吉克斯坦两国贸易额增长45%，中国已成为塔吉克斯坦第一大贸易伙伴。

Ambassador of Tajikistan to China, H.E. Mr. Davlatzoda Parviz have made remarkable contributions to promote China and Tajikistan’s strategic partnership to further enhance mutual political trust, support and cooperation in all sectors. As a result, the two countries can become good friends, neighbors and partners. Mr. Parviz has served as the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization to develop the productive cooperation within the framework. Secondly, the embassy of Tajikistan in China successfully implemented the new electronic visa system to Chinese citizens, which simplifies the visa application process for Chinese visitors and business deal makers. Between January and August 2016, the bilateral trade volume has increased 45% that made China as the largest trading partner of Tajikistan.
